This location has been open 9 months and for 9 months they have had a brand new Iced Tea Maker sitting there bone dry, never had any iced tea brewed in it. When you ask them about it they say "They don't send us tea" ... as if that explains everything. What if there was no gas in the pumps or soda in the fountain what would they say then? "They didn't send us any?" Morons.

I have never been treated worse in my life, a blonde haired woman at this location treated me with the utmost contempt. At 10:25 P.M. P.S.T. I was simply trying to purchase q few items and this woman completely disregarded me an instructed her inferior to attend me. I have never been treated with such contempt and insolence. Both cashier's where gossiping about myself in spanish (which they assumed I did not speak). This is by far the worst 711 I have ever been too. The night shift blonde runs it like a clubhouse please avoid at all costs. By the way don't bother calling the number they never amswer.

A convenient new location with affordable gas and diesel before you head up the grade on Interstate 10. Super clean and organized. Well stocked, and is certainly one of the larger 7/11's out there. A great quick stop along I-10.

This is the real 7 eleven which a customer needs! Well organized, very neat, clean and spacious place. They do have restrooms and this restroom like a restroom in a luxury hotel. The staff are amazing and professional. Along with the convenience store they do have a gas station too. This is a perfect store and I never ever visited such a 7- Eleven!Congrats management and the whole team.I really appreciate it.Thanks for your service!

This is a new location that opened recently. The inside and outside are clean and well kept. The pumps were working when I visited. They have expansive choices inside. I was a little disappointed as we came specifically for an Icee on a VERY hot day and the majority (all but 2-3) of the Icee flavors were not available. They had only the large cups but no large lids. I would have thought being newer and also with the temperatures during summer they'd be decently stocked for cool treats for patrons.

With this visit it’s the 4th and final time I will be coming here due to having to leave because they don’t have the food I want. When it first opened it was doing good and it was clean. I would drive the extra 5 minutes to this location just because of that reason. Now it seems like the food isn’t ever restocked in a timely manner. There’s no cleanliness at the food stations. Every single time I come 2-3 or the workers are huddled laughing and chit chatting behind the counter. It seems if I ask for help it’s an inconvenience for them. Today they didn’t have ice for the soda machine and same thing food wasn’t restocked. If it keeps up like this I don’t see this location maintaining their clients. I will be returning to the 7/11 on Jackson & 44 even if it’s outdated they’re always on it with having food and cleanliness. To the owner: you most definitely need to retrain these girls that you employ because it is your business after all and money you are losing.

It’s understandable that with it being new there will be some things that need to be worked out. But i would assume one would be prepared. The location is beautiful but they seem to never be prepared for certain things. Constantly out of things… and they are kind of in a busy location. All pumps were bagged but two. I assumed safe to go to one of them. I loaded $ to my 7/11 wallet.. $20 to I could prepay fuel through app. I went to pump and nothing came out. I guess something was wrong with their system. I went in to ask and she didn’t really know what was gna happen to my $20. That She said she ran out of bags and had a blank expression when I suggested she put a sign up on the other two pumps so it doesn’t happen to others. At the moment it wasn’t that big of a deal, especially bc I got my $ back quickly. But the next day 7/11 updated amount from $20 to 40 with my bank and I am not sure why. I called 7/11 customer service and waiting for them to get back to me as to why it would add more money.

The air machine is not working but it charged my card. There are 2 bathrooms and approximately both are clogged.
