I had a great experience at this 7-Eleven. The service was excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff. The shelves were fully stocked, making it easy to find what I needed. The store was impressively clean and well-maintained. It's also a safe place to pick up my Amazon packages so I don’t have to worry about porch pirates. . I highly recommend it for all your convenience store needs! Lots of cold soda, hot and cold coffee, and the pizza isn’t to bad either.

I made a purchase at the 7-Eleven at 9:47. I went in at 9:57 and requested a refund for certain items that were incorrect. The cashier told me he could not refund me the money as my receipt stated on the bottom no refund or exchange for money orders. I’ve been pointed that out that it was applying to money orders cashier Chris stated I would have to wait until the manager came in and then requested he could write on the receipt that I did request a refund and just write his name and a note to the manager. This is what I received.

Today, I had a terrible experience with the manager of this Seven Eleven. After reading other reviews, I realize that person is truly the worst. Without a doubt, I will use every platform possible to leave a 1-star rating and let everyone know that this store is the worst with horrible customer service.”check the comments also on yelp all bad and the worst customer service with the owner

the worker randomly closed the store at 9pm for 40minutes to mop and stock the whole store. No sign up or anything.Why not do that during the slow times? A bunch of people were waiting outside

What should've taken 3 minutes took 15 minutes. Some lady couldn't figure out how to pay. The employees are always great.

Too bad they just don't have enough employees! I feel bad seeing these one man shows. They need to relieve theses hard workers. It's just not fair and also illegal..everyone deserves lunch and a break according to California labor laws.

we have been here since 3:25 that sign was on the door, Monica the clerk is mopping the floor. not maintenance but ok no problem. went to McDonald's and then came back at 3:55am and Monica is sitting here slowing counting her draw, when asked how long she just stared at me then counted to count her draw. dude I acceptable, and not to mention the attitude she had when we came in. then told us " I can not ring up your items and close the store again if I want." like for real that's how 711 do things?
