Spin bikes can't be used outside of classes, which is a wonky rule I've never seen in the 100+ gyms I've been to. The gym advertises a free three day pass and sends you a code but once you get there they tell you it's locals only and charge you $20. Lots of treadmills which is a redeeming quality. Gym equipment was about what you'd expect there to be. Apparently has a lane pool which I didn't try but is an unusual perk for a 24hr fitness.

You can’t be called 24 hour fitness and not be open 24 hours this is a scam and not what I signed up for

I have been a member for at least 6 months, recently I have been looking for a job,and I thought I would make a great candidate,I talked to the manager, that sent me to the assistant manager that gave me the runaround,I had to plea with them for an interview, two weeks later I was granted one,on my interview day the additional manager that was scheduled to interview me calls in sick, according to the manager, had to reschedule, during the interview I had the interviewer suggesting I should try the food industry,I didn’t feel such discrimination in a long time,it just frustrates me how condescending people can be.I am short on gym options since this location is the only one in the area and the closest one is 1h plus driveI hope this review will be noticed by corporate so they can take some kind of action to rectify what s wrong.

I like this 24 hour fitness cause there cleaning crew are always working hard to keep it clean inside, all the equipment is functional. Outside of the gym could use some cleaning, Freindly staff .

Definitely busy but a great place to workout. Just have to be flexible with the order of your routine. I wish there was a location in Palm Springs to reduce my travel time but still worth the trip

Some of the equipment is broken but huge free parking lot. They got a big space and pool and sauna available. Decent gym with good hours.

Generally a good gym. Friendly staff, usually busy, pretty much on par with other 24 Hour Fitness Clubs that I go to (Bay Area). I would rate it higher except that they have major issues with their air conditioning system. The staff claims that it works as designed and has issues when it is humid or rainy in the desert. This is not OK. I was there yesterday, mid-day. The place was like a sauna. In fact, when leaving, it was actually cooler outside - where it was 93 degrees. Unacceptable. Come on guys - you can do better for your members. Heat in the desert while exercising can be a killer.

Coming from planet fitness, which is known as a hotspot for high schoolers, and limited weights.to this lackluster of a gym, why ? Well to begin, why call a gym "24 hour Fitness", if it is not even open for 24 Hours. What is 24 Hours ? The logo?. As soon as the doors were opened. I was astonished, by how simple and uninspiring the atmosphere was, it felt as if i was in a college inspired classroom. The reception did not even acknowledge my existence until i spoke to him, even though i have been waiting near counter. Waiting for a hello. Or a sign of acknowledgement at this point, then after finally registering, stoked as ever, and motivated to have a decent chest day, to my surprise "machine is under repair"

When is this 24 hours going to being 24 hours? It's the summer. There isn't much to do. Now the gym is 16 hours some days. 14 hours other days 15 hours another day. This is getting annoying. Some people work schedules don't add up with these hours of operation. You guys need to get used for not changing your name to. I don't know how to make my mind up.

More like 17 hour fitness. You guys should most definitely be open 24 hours. What about people on night shift or people who need something 24 hours? Your name is 24 hour fitness. Other facilities have full 24 hours . Pay an employee or two & keep good on your name!

Live up to your name, and be open 24hrs. As I read other reviews it comes up frequently about your hours of operation. There are some people who dont have the time to make it during those hours, and if they do it feels rushed. Staying fit is not 17 hours a day only.

I love having a 24 Hour Fitness membership because it allows me to maintain and/or obtain my fitness goals regardless of the time of day or night because I can tailor my gym schedule around my busy daily schedule.I've been to this location before, amazing equipment, friendly staff, well maintained gym, organized clean, inside and out.I was even impressed by a selection of some of the machines inside. Great variety and all-around amazing place for anyone of any fitness caliber to pursue and achieve their fitness vision and become the best version of themselves mentally and physically. I would say it is a diamond in the desert. Great place!I love the fantasy of being able to travel to another state, city, or region and having a 24 Hour Fitness there that I can go to and achieve my goals.Of course, this is only a fantasy. Why does a gym boldly display the name '24 Hour Fitness' and is NOT 24 Hours of fitness.I was simply baffled and perplexed but at the same time equally impressed by the dichotomy of such a situation. Incredible.

It's really the worst gym to join. 24-hour fitness in Indio, CA, is not 24 hours. My case was yesterday. I went there after I signed for a 3 day online pass to check if it was worse gym by its customers reviews. The front desk in charge Hector demanded me for proof of address within 25 miles. I have worked and lived in Indio, CA, for over 2 years. My main house and driver license from Connecticut. I showed him my Indio bank statement with my address from 5 miles from the gym. He told me that anybody can have bank statements at any suggesting fake address. That's gross, antisocial, and maybe racist behavior. Instead, he offered me to buy a U$20 one day pass to try the gym. I asked for the manager phone number as it was late evening and not available to complain. But, as I read reviews, nothing is fixed there. Then I passed by Eos Fitness in Palm Desert with super friendly front desk guys where I got a 7 day trial without drama nor hassle and a very nice without any pressure nor rush for anything. I tried the gym immediately, and I love it. Then I joined. I had the cheapest deal saving hundreds, and really a 24-hour fitness. Thank God I have minutes to try 24 (untrue) Hour Fitness at Indio, and I didn't sign to this cero Stars Gym. I never post reviews unless the worst scenarios are by customer service and place that should be avoided for readers to know about it. I'm a professional doctor and not an antisocial. Thanks for reading
