Very well organized, very busy but big enough to always be able to do what you want. Lap pool, basket ball court indoor, also clean.

A 24 HOUR GYM NOT OPEN 24 HOURS? What? Second star because the pool is nice.

What’s going on with this Gym? I feel like they do not care about replacing or at least repairing equipment. Every other treadmill do not work , sauna takes ages to get fix and when they fix it, it out of service in a few days. Machine equipment are ripped and worn. They do charge a premium for the membership plus an annual fee but they do not deliver in any shape or form, and hear this , 24 fitness is not open 24 hours anymore. I don’t know what going on with this gym but a new gym is opening soon and it’s probably going to take the majority of their clientele away. This was a really good gym back in the day but now it’s different

I have been a member for 1 month and the truth is the cleaning is not in the gym the men's bathrooms are dirty the light in the showers is very, very low a shower missing the shower head and another shower in the back smelled like poop and a lot of machines The sauna and steamroom don't work every now and then they break down, the truth is that they take up more crew members to keep the gym clean and in good condition.

They are definitely working on updates. Talked to two maintenance workers this morning who were hard at it. Still two young ladies were just sitting on the Olympic platforms. I’m posting a photo of that mess. But management at least has now posted signs limiting the time they can turn the oly zone into their chill zone. That’s a good step. Can we get a couple new oly bars with knurling please? The ones you have are worn smooth by all the hip thrusters with yoga pants. For real tho they are slippery AF. Anyway, it’s getting better thank you.

The gym environment could be improved. Some female staff members aren't as welcoming ( don't even smile and give attitude) as their male counterpart, and there are equipment malfunctions that take a long time to fix. Additionally, having more than one leg press machine would be beneficial.

Worst gym I’ve ever been to. No Air conditioning. Old equipment. Crowded. Couldn’t get a refund but I see asa positive because I would’ve paid money just to leave. Never going back. Better gyms in the Coachella Valley.

Can we please have this cleaned up. I wasn't going to post it but after not seeing any improvements here. Overall good gym but please bring your own water bottle. Also it takes like 2-3 weeks at best to repair equipment and you can tell they have never replaced some equipment beacuse of how old and ripped some things are

I don't want to be a total a$$ but the sauna needs to be cleaned ASAP it smells bad due to the water being clogged up for a few weeks now.
I've been coming here for 2 years now and I've never seen it this dirty.
Also, I hope this gym changes to being 24 hours. There so many people leaving once EOS opens up in LQ because they are going to be 24 hours.

I have been a member of this gym for several years now and it went downhill so quick.
The gym is quite busy and I understand that certain cleanliness issues can happen throughout the day.
I brought my concerns and observations to the team members on site in a friendly manner.
After a week of pointing out at the same trash laying around and that the water is dangerously low on chlorine and high in pH
and that will have to contact the health department, the respond was: you have to do what you have to do.
Trash on the bottom of pool, bloody Band-Aids on the ground, sitting by the pool for 3 days now, nobody bothered to pick it up, lights out in the shower, hole punched in the wall on eye level, chewing gum stuck on handicap chair- also high level once you jump into the pool.
Dirty rug hanging from the ceiling for weeks.
I appointed it out to different team members on site in person.
Nobody took an initiative to take care of it, which could have been done within five minutes, no tools needed.
When I called the health department, they said that they already have other calls regarding the facility and will be sending somebody to check.
I hope that they get it under control and nobody else has to be in pain and spend money on medication, time in doctors office.
I developed a skin rash after using the pool couple days in a row for over a week. That was really difficult to deal with, painful and costly.
The staff is friendly but collectively do not care about cleanliness or functionality. They are checked out beyond anything I have ever seen.
Update July 3
2 days after my original post and multiple phone calls to the 24 hour location and the headquarters.
The same trash is laying around the pool and the same debris as inside of the pool, rug is still hanging out from the ceiling, lights are out in showers and soap dispenser is broken.
Common guys is not that difficult to grab a broom and pool net.
It truly appears that you are trying to make people sick.
Not only the staff on site, but also the corporate Managment does not care about the condition of the facilities with their name on it.

The missus and I decided our community gym was just not cutting it. We had a membership previously when we first moved to the Coachella Valley but we let it lapse. We have since returned to the 24HR just off of Jackson and are really pleased with the accessibility of the equipment regardless of the time we go. We have also decided to go with coaching. Tricia and Roman are our trainers and they are GREAT. The additional cost over membership is a good value if you are looking to get the optimum fitness.
Definitely recommend this location and these coaches if you are looking to get in the best shape.

We've been going to this gym for a few months. We signed up with Personal Trainers; Tricia for me and Roman for my husband. They both have been excellent for us. Very happy that we paid extra for the training. Worth every penny.

Clean Gym. I joined the Indio location a few years back when I turned 65 and medicare pays for a Silver Sneakers membership. The weight floor is always busy. A lot of people sitting on machines and benches staring at their phone between sets and not sharing equipment. Bad gym etiquette. Gyms and exercise routines have changed over the past 30 years when I used to go 5 days a week. Everyone wants to be big and muscular. It's entertaining to watch the funny routines and really bad form people have adopted. The equipment is mostly maintained with a good variety of both machines and free-weight options.
