Exceptional and trustworthy best describes this place. I, along with other Indian Wells residents have been patronizing this business for about a decade. They offer fantastic customer service and respect your privacy. They have helped me with highly confidential documents and it's the only place I will ever go. They do a great job wrapping and mailing packages. My packages have always arrived with the merchandise in perfect condition - due to their care in packaging. It offers great peace of mind when you know you can trust them completely. Thanks guys...you're the best!

Love the service when we signed up. Prepared for closures outside of post office closures. It's the day before Christmas Eve and found out they closed at one. Would totally get it if it was Christmas Eve but it wasn't. Mail days before a holiday are a big deal and to close two days before is not okay. Especially when I'm paying for service. I have gifts sitting there that are going to be late.

I have been using postal connection and they are so helpful and if there is a problem they follow up . Nice place always can find a parking space when mailing boxes. Plus they come out and help! Very pleased!

I used this business because it's close to my house. I paid for overnight delivery and asked numerous times would the package be delivered next day. I was told, yes. They tried to sell me delivery by 12 noon but I didn't need the time of the delivery to be early, just needed to get there by next day. The package was not delivered next day at all!!! When I called to follow up I was told by Sam that they don't guarantee next day with ground delivery. What?!?! I paid for next day delivery. This is ridiculous. I will Never use this business for shipping again

I had my family in Palm Desert drop off a folding bike to be shipped to me here in Minneapolis. They dropped it off at Postal Connection. Tim at PC did a fantastic job of packing the bike to make sure that the fragile parts were well protected. Bike came in pristine shape after FedEx Ground. Great job.

I love this little gem in Indian Wells. I is a tiny store, but they carry some of the best stuffed animals you will ever find. They also have lots of really wonderful children's books geared for the very young. This store also has some cute toys for the young set from the horse collection to travel puzzles and much more. And don't forget they also have an enormous collection of greeting cards many which are one of a kind not seen in other stores. You can also rent postal boxes and send out packages whether it be UPS, ISPS, FED EX, etc.

Rarely crowded with a friendly, helpful staff. A nice alternative to the post office when you need to ship something. They also do copies & I believe faxes.

Rude staff. Misleading pricing for printing services. Should probably get a better educated manager, a little more versed in customer service.
