I was yelled at for eating a chocolate (ok I ate 2) I am a tried and true customer. Have been buying from this store since they were by Bristol farms. Ok I looked bad that particular day but don’t judge a book from its cover. I have NEVER once had a “thank you”for shopping at my store. I won’t go back in. She yelled this across the store. It was embarrassing to say the least. I have low blood pressure and felt a little faint before I was about to try on the peter cohen outfit. I guess I looked like I could not afford it to her. She’s getting too big for her britches! Rude does not even begin to describe her

Very rude service when trying to purchase a designer dress. They are body shamers and do not offer inclusive sizing. And I’m not even about talking plus sizes, just simply anything larger than a medium. Awful experience.

This is a beautiful store if you are wanting to decorate your home to be very elegant. From gorgeous glassware to beautiful plates. Many colorful flowers in stylish vases. And I doesnt stop there. They also have some classy clothing to match. Bright and flashy or subdued. Something to match your taste. So if you want your home to stand out this is your store.

This store use to carry home furnishings, but seems to be moving toward carrying clothes. It is very pricey, and the sales ladies did not even acknowledge me as I went through the entire store --twice-- They did make a bee line across the store to greet a man who walked in, though. I just bought a new home, but apparently will not be having them help me decorate or furnish it!

I bought a custom sofa from Karen Harlow a number of years ago when she was at the previous location. I wanted to have the slip covers cleaned and the sofa and slip cover have zero labels. I went to the store and asked the sales clerk and she said she would call me back with the information on cleaning. Never heard back from her. When I tried calling the store Ms Harlow was not interested in helping me at all. She said she had no idea and had no records to look up my purchase. Its too bad I like to buy from locals but not interested in this kind of service.

"Harlow for the Home"...it even sounds warm and welcoming! Karen Harlow is a phenomenal interior designer, and her retail boutique reflects just that. From gorgeous, hand crafted furnishings, to pristine upholstered pieces for any room. She even has the perfect hostess gift ideas, such as a luxurious and rich smelling candles, to a wine catty! My favorite part of her boutique is her use of color in her accent pillows and wall coverings! Just a sure reflection of what your entire home could resonate as if Karen was your designer. Have I also mentioned the fact that Karen is continuously gracious, humble, welcoming and outright friendly? Lets all support our locally owned and operated businesses! Once you seek Harlow, you'll never look anywhere again! Go Karen! ;)

Karen has amazing talent! She helped a client of ours (the owner of Nordstroms) as we managed a major remodel and guest house addition. Her ability to listen to our client, put fabrics and colors together and at the same time, be so much fun, so real and easy to be around was remarkable. The house is SO gorgeous, so comfortable, I can't wait to get out to the desert to see her store! Thank you Karen, Sandy and Team.

Karen is amazing , my wife and I stoped be her store, and found a beautiful store and the way she helped my wife was asome...when it comes to putting things together...no ones better, our living room is beautiful!!! My wife can be tough and picky trust me I know this....Thank you Karen !!!! Wow! This store is amazing. It was such a treat to shop here and just browse all of the gorgeous home furnishings, table top and more. And the owner, Karen, makes everyone feel as if they are already her friend the moment you walk in the door. We were just passing through town, but if I lived here, I would definitely be back time and again...and even hire Karen to decorate my house. This store was fabulous! I highly recommend it!!
