I’ve always wanted to visit this tennis stadium. It looks massive on TV, but inside, every seat—even the high ones—offers a great view of the court. I can't wait to come back and watch a match!

Love this place. Every time we head out to the desert, I have to sign up for a clinic at the Tennis Garden. I really enjoy playing at this place. The staff is amazing and always super friendly.
The other reason I like this place so much is because hosts the Indian Wells tennis tournament in the spring. Seeing all the top tennis players of the world in our backyard is fantastic.

Bait and switch. We were promised 2 matches for every Stadium 1 evening ticket we purchased in the Autumn of 2023 while preparing for our first ever Indian Wells visit and will now only see 1 match tonight (March 14, 2024). I feel like I’ve been taken. And no recourse with a “no exchanges or refund” policy. Shame on you.

We had been loyal fans of this tennis tournament until this year as is probably the case for thousands of other disappointed customers. Having traveled halfway across the continent like many other angry customers that we met at guess services Indian Wells had sold us grounds passes that clearly stated we were to have access to stadium two for quarter final matches. When we arrived as many others found out this policy had been changed the night before and no access to stadium two was provided.
When we went to guest services we were met with a half dozen intimidating security guards and we were told nobody from administration would speak with us and our only option was to pay substantially more money to get into the stadium.
Classic case of bait and switch and a huge black mark on what had been a fan favorite tournament.
So stadium 2 was half empty for It's quarter final matches and Indian Wells left thousands of its loyal customers feeling completely betrayed.... Who was responsible for this genius decision?
Last year we will be coming to this tournament.
