How did I get so lucky to cross paths with this wonderful company? The trifecta title girls (Kathleen Buys, Catherine Robinson and Dawn Elliott-Figueroa)+ Dori have not only offered their services for my transactions, but have also taken time out of their busy schedules on more than one occasion to provide me with additional resources to be successful in my field. In such a demanding market your tittle partners are more important than ever. Kathleen, Catherine, and Dawn are always extremely helpful throughout the escrow process. Complete lack of communication. Zero customer service.Closing was delayed due to printing, "wet" signing, and mailing documents that were already electronically signed. Unfortunate, but we were willing to overlook as companies are adapting to new ways of working online post-COVID.Two months after closing we find out that they sent a payment to the wrong insurance company on our behalf. Assumed zero responsibility which required us to facilitate the refund process to get the correct company paid.Sure. Accidents happen. However our entire experience with First American Title Company was deplorable.Find a modern title company that cares about their customers.
