There really is a FedEx inside the Renaissance Hotel. Unfortunately, Maps stops short at the bottom of the driveway and doesn't tell you to go into the hotel. I was so discouraged, but then decided to drive into the hotel roundabout and park my car and go in. Glad I did. Friendly service and no wait. Would use again now that I know it is there.

Great beautiful location inside the shops at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa. Always quick in and out, friendly service and near a cafe with great gelato.

This is a fantastic small fedex with all the functions of a large fedex location. Perfect if you are staying at the hotel and need a quick print or office supplies. Very friendly staff

Joe and Alice are hands down the best Fedex employees I've ever interacted with! Their professionalism is unmatched! Their technical knowledge and customer support skills are qualities any company is lucky to have. Give them a raise , they rock!!

Needed a place to print paper tickets for Indian Wells tennis tournament and took a chance on this place, despite having no Yelp reviews. It's located in the back right of the Renaissance Resort's lobby. Was able to print 4 sheets black and white, single sided for about a dollar. Quick and easy service. I emailed the document I needed to print, but they can also take thumb drives.

Will not let me file a complaint over the phone. Fedex puts blame on the shipper and other postal services when pake doesn't arrive.
