Took my vehicle for an alignment. Recieved excellent service all the way around. From Mike who is extremely pleasant and meticulous. He takes the time to explain every detail about your vehicle and provides pics. Office girls are lovely and kind greeting customers with a ?. And best part of my experience was being greeted by 2 beautiful pets. I can honestly say these pets are really therapeutic. Just what I needed after a long week. Tuckers your the best!! Highly recommend for all your auto services. Affordable prices as well.

I am SO IMPRESSED by the care I received at Tucker Auto Body & Towing, specifically from Luis, that I must share with everyone. I was caught in a summer storm while crossing western AZ on my way to San Diego. I had no idea how much damage rolling tumbleweeds could do to a car (but I quickly found out). One must have lodged under my bumper which eventually caused it to partially detach. I was completely unaware I was dragging part of the bumper as the sound was masked by the wind noise, and there was no telling steering pull. I finally heard the horrible sounds when exiting the interstate in El Centro for fuel. An attendant at the Costco Gas Station recommended Tucker and told me how to get there. I arrived at 4:50pm on a Tuesday afternoon, just 10 minutes before closing. I'm an out-of-town stranger with no appointment, desperate for help. Luis to the rescue!!! I deeply appreciate the help he and his colleagues offered in the face of my emergency. At the very end of their work day, they kindly lifted my vehicle, removed the dragging body part, and secured all that remained, enabling me to safely make it to my far-off destination. Luis and his associates went above and beyond to assist me, and I couldn't be more grateful. THANK YOU!!!

I rarely make comments about service anywhere in the imperial valley but I'm coming out of tuckers a very satisfied customer, Luis in particular did a tremendous job and was communicative about the service and repairs (I love the striaght forwardness about "bugging" me and keeping tabs on me). I also would like to Appreciate Jazmine as well that she was quick to answer my questions and left me feeling confident about the process. the photos below are from the aftermath of someone irresponsibly slamming their car door into mine and not kindly leaving information on the table. the photo is NOT justify how the damage looks in person. Thanks to Tuckers for getting it done. I also like to add that I appreciate the staff for not over promising me about the fix actually if anything they over-developed on the date for repair. (was on the system for readiness for 1 week) GOT IT LESS THAN 4 DAYS!!! Thank you for all the hard work and if a similar issues arises again to defintely bring my car to them for care.

I am completely satisfied with the work from Tucker Autobody. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. Very nice people. They kept me informed with updates on the vehicles progress and handled everything smoothly. The repair job was excellent. I highly recommend them.
