By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and if I could be more explicit I would.
No one answered the phone over a period of 5 hours; many of times I called periodically to service department.
Sales department laughing at us for even trying to reach Service when they knew Service was in and someone was at the desk that could take the call.
Even after, Manny, from sales, “hand delivered” a note to the lady at the desk to call back. She had not in the two hour span from which I initially was calling.
Then by some miracle after dialing *67 and calling for a final time they picked up within a minute!
They could not find my car the first time around when I finally got a hold of them. Saying it was under a different name.
To which they suddenly began working on my car to change out the battery, that was under warranty the entire time. Mind you my car had already been in the shop for 24 hours and they never once offered me a courtesy vehicle to get to work. They never called back, they never send text updates or anything on how my car was doing.
It was only till I called and called and called did they finally switch out the battery and work on my car.
Service department is filled with nothing but incompetence, ignorance, dullness, and just overall lack of initiative. I’d much rather have preferred jump starting my car for months on end then deal with Service at United KIA again.
Kia will never be having my business again. I will forever say to not buy from United Kia or work with them to all if I can help it.
You are better off talking to a brick wall than dealing with the headache and nightmare that was United KIA, the Sales Department, and especially the Service Department.
