Took my Nissan in for maintenance. I was assisted by Service Advisor Thomas Gunn. He is very attentive and professional. While I waited, Thomas kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. My experience dealing with Thomas was great! My vehicle was completed in a short and painless timeframe. Very satisfied! I will most certainly continue to use Thomas Gunn as my service advisor.

I made an appointment to repair a Recall on my pickup and Armando made the appointment for me by phone and the day I took it he explained to me step by step and left my Ram like new, I totally recommend it.

2018 Jeep Rubicon. I don’t have experience with the service or sales department, but the parts department is always professional. To ensure quality service always ask for my VIN and walks me through the steps to get the proper parts. If I have issues I always go back to talk to them and they help me resolve the issues and get me the proper parts. If they say they will call me, they ALWAYS call. I appreciate their customer service, always have my business. Thanks guys!!!

Had an appt at 7am, check engine light was on, took 5 hours for a diagnostic, never received updates had to call multiple times in a span of 2 hours to get a hold of Service Advisor Eddie Ramos to see what was happening, said would take 2 additional hours until ready, after 2 hours said they needed to order a part and won’t come until next day, left car overnight, next day no updates had to call service advisor again, finally ready at noon “vehicle working as designed/no issues” / 3 days later car engine light is back on … *Note - they do not perform diagnostics on the weekend / Shuttle Service Complaint - drop off was fine, during pick-up called driver to say I was outside, driver got defensive implied I was lying and was arguing he was at the right location waiting outside for a while, suggested he double check and of course he was at the wrong address a block away, no accountability, didn’t feel safe/comfortable
