“I've been going to this gym for a couple months now, and it's pretty solid. It is open 24/7, they accept teens, environment is friendly, and you can even buy drinks/protein shakes during office hours. It's close to the high school, which means it gets packed around 3-7pm. Overall, this is a great gym and totally beats all the other ones in town.”

“Friendly staff and exquisitely clean in all respects, plenty of cardio type machines but very limited in machines and bench’s. I am not sure what the owner is considering, a proportional set up, but at times there is only one machine, for an entire gym of 100’s. They can do a better job of adding more machines to take this gym to the next level, no one likes to go and wait for one machine, so they have the room, why not add three, because they fit. Gym has more space than machines. My humble opinion.”
