“I give it 5 stars because the customer service was GREAT! and they provided me with what I needed last minute. The car was excellent as well. The only complaint I have is that when I got in the car, the car smelled bad inside and it was dirty. The car had not been washed not vacuumed and there were stains in the floor, on the seats, and in the trunk.”

“Hands down the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. The whole team here is AMAZING. Idk if it’s something in the water there or the way they were trained or just how hard they work but the customer service was 10/10. They were incredibly willing to work with me on my monthly rentals where I booked for a total of 3 and switched out vehicles quite a few times throughout. I wish I could recall everyone’s names but whoever is currently working there deserves a shoutout, I know I will butcher the spelling of their names but Merna and the other ladies were a few notable mentions along with the younger guys. This is a really busy location and even when they’re overwhelmed trying to accommodate all of their guests at once they do it as quickly and efficiently as possible, all with a smile on their face and staying professional the whole time. They don’t rush you, they make easy small talk, they’re friendly, etc. It was truly the best rental experience I’ve had in comparison to other Enterprises, Hertz, etc. If I find myself in the area for another healthcare contract I for sure will be coming back. Thank you to the whole team for making a small piece of doing my job of travel so much easier and stress free - an absolute blessing to know I didn’t have to worry about this detail when being in el Centro.”

“I must say that my experience with this company was by far excellent! No other car rental place would allow me to rent a car for the weekend with my out of state license, being I just moved to the valley a few months ago except this company. I was treated with respect the deal on the car was phenomenal and the vehicle was awesome. Cheaper than anywhere else to be honest. They also protected my vehicle while it was on their premises so I had nothing to worry about while I was out of town for the weekend. With customer service and understanding like this company has, I will gladly spend my money to support their business. I will most definitely be using them again in the future!”
