Been using this post office for over 15 years. Never had a bad experience at this post office. They are helpful, friendly and down to earth.

A HUGE thanks to the saint of a woman behind the counter for helping me out today with a package I desperately needed! She called the Postman and had him drive my envelope right to my house so I could get my documents in time for a job interview. ? I was at my wits end and she did everything she could to make it happen, I wish I would have gotten her name. And a big thank you to the Delivery Driver for following through! You two deserve a raise! Thank you again!

WORST post office I've ever dealt with, and I've moved A LOT over the years. They can't get anything right! Many of my wedding invitations that I mailed from the post office to make sure they got out made it to our guests, I've brought several letters that were thick/heavy to this post office to advise postage on - all have been returned to me for insufficient postage, and I've recently moved and signed up for mail forwarding but NOTHING has been forwarded - I've just found out that all of my mail is being returned to sender. I checked with my new post office and they've confirmed that no mail has been forwarded to their location for delivery to my husband or me and that the fault is with Imperial Beach. My new post office and I have called IB's post office for help and keep getting told that mail forwarding was set up correctly so the carrier must be returning to sender on their own. How is that even possible?! AVOID this post office at all costs

Just hands down the worst post office I've ever hand to deal with and I've lived in the south!They give me mail addressed to some place or one else and when I try to return it they just keep giving it back to me.O and even though it says NOTHING about a much lower weight limit than the usual one posted on the website they keep saying its because of our letter carrier but now that we have a new and NOT any better letter carrier the post office is still imposing the lower weight limit..figures usps would do that.Our new letter carrier is always walking on our lawn, giving us others mail and when I report this or any other problems I get empty promises, nothing ever changes, letter carrier retaliates if they know it's me and I never get the usps customers serves survey your supposed to get!They NEVER answer their phone when they should be open and even when your standing in the post office and you can hear the phone ringing they will NOT answer it and that's with postal workers just standing there doing nothing at all.If you ask the post office workers questions they are unable to answer the simplest questions and just pretend they can't hear you if you try to ask again or rephrase your questions.Just a inefficient post office.

Poor service, do not follow stated federal rules and laws. Go to the Sedona Main PO for decent service, these guys just do not have it.
