Let's start with the electronic hookah that I can actually smoke and don't choke like my wife does smoking her analog pipe.. I was down here with the wife and I happen to stroll up on this place and the lovely Ashley Sales lady young lady was kind enough to answer all my questions. I am looking into quitting smoking actually of the analog cigarettes and I'm switching to the digital world to slowly decrease my nicotine intake.. Great atmosphere and vibe! Love it! thank you for the new electronic water pipe or hookah whatever it's called these days lol. Well done! Oh give Ashely a raise! She's a great sales gal! Thank you for the free pod to fit in the electronic bong!”
“Owner behind the counter is extremely EXPERIENCED. Knows all of his inventory on the back of his hand, and encourages follow ups should there be discrepancies! My Maven Blowtorch was not working and I went to 3 different local smoke shops all of them had no idea and immediately told me to buy another. I brought it here and not only did he fix it with his tools, (discovering there was a problem with the igniter) but told me about Maven's warranty! This PLACE IS GREAT. BIGGEST INVENTORY IN SPRING VALLEY, SAN DIEGO.”

“This is the ultimate in smoke shops and for customer service. For me I only buy vapes, one every day, but Dennis makes sure that my brand is in the shop for me. As a manager for Amazon I know that customer service and good product selection is premier. The only down side is that it is tucked away next to Von's. So no matter of all the other smoke shops, which I pass 4 of them, on the way to J&J's, it is always worth the trip.”
“My husband and I stumbled across this place after a late night and it's been one of the best hookah places we've been to in a long time. We mainly go for hookah, but they have a wide selection of cigars and roll on-site. The humidor at the front of the lounge is beautiful and you can watch it rehumidify the room while you sit and smoke. They allow smoking cigars outside for an extra fee. Great flavors for hookah with two menus full of different flavor combinations and house specials. You can get an iced/chilled hose for the same price as their disposable hoses (depending on availability if the hoses are chilled). They also have amazing coffee specifically tailored to your tobacco/cigar choices, and really good desserts! The owner and staff are incredibly attentive. They are always checking in, changing coals, and make incredible coffee/drinks. Jesse has taken care of us the last two times and he's just the best! He makes a mean iced Dirty Chai latte! :) Gelato selection is great too! I recommend Cherry Almond Chocolate Chip and the Old World Spumoni! I definitely recommend coming to this place. I'm writing this review just as we're about to make another visit!”
“Got a lot of love for this place. It's pretty much right on the corner of the street that can sometimes get overlooked but the people in there always smiling, always friendly, and always acts like you've been friends for years. The selection is solid and serves your needs from a quick beer to a quick snack etc. it's not super huge but from what they got and the variety of what they have in stock, it'll never let you down. I've come here a few times right before it closed and he stayed opened five more minutes for me to get an energy drink. Prices are about what you can expect from a corner store. When people think of the hood they think of bad things. I think of the people and community like Luckys.”

“I wish i could make this in my part because of how dumb I feel on my part but i over paid them in 200 bucks in cash!!! I bought 8 vapes th8nking it was gonna be 400 instead of 200 and forgot to count the money and just handed the guy the money and walked out without even thinking. Over a month later my boyfriend goes in and is talking to the guy and my boyfriend mentions and the cashier asks my boyfriend about me explains the situation, asks him to FaceTime me, and gives my boyfriend the 200 bucks they set aside from the last time I had been there. I won't go to any other other vape shop as long as in cali without a doubt, they WILL have my business as ling as I am here, I tell all my friends about them they are the place to go and super friendly”
