“My husband and I stumbled across this place after a late night and it's been one of the best hookah places we've been to in a long time. We mainly go for hookah, but they have a wide selection of cigars and roll on-site. The humidor at the front of the lounge is beautiful and you can watch it rehumidify the room while you sit and smoke. They allow smoking cigars outside for an extra fee. Great flavors for hookah with two menus full of different flavor combinations and house specials. You can get an iced/chilled hose for the same price as their disposable hoses (depending on availability if the hoses are chilled). They also have amazing coffee specifically tailored to your tobacco/cigar choices, and really good desserts! The owner and staff are incredibly attentive. They are always checking in, changing coals, and make incredible coffee/drinks. Jesse has taken care of us the last two times and he's just the best! He makes a mean iced Dirty Chai latte! :) Gelato selection is great too! I recommend Cherry Almond Chocolate Chip and the Old World Spumoni! I definitely recommend coming to this place. I'm writing this review just as we're about to make another visit!”
“Hands down the best smoke shop because of the customer service, Today I went in just to browse around not even thinking about spending money but the owner Max hooked it up I can't believe the deal he gave me, anywhere else I'm positive that wouldn't of happened, basically if you want to be treated like a VIP or family member come here because that's what they make you feel, Max and Matt are so welcoming they make you feel like a family member or an old family friend, and if you have ANY issues please speak with either Max or Matt they will help you out big time.”
“G Mac is very helpful, accommodating and honest. My brother got a battery here and there were a few defects when we left within the hour, but we got taken care of. They accept all forms of payment here. The customer service is great and they really care about their service. I can tell people who come here become regulars because of this type of love.”

I was down here with the wife and I happen to stroll up on this place and the lovely Ashley Sales lady young lady was kind enough to answer all my questions. I am looking into quitting smoking actually of the analog cigarettes and I'm switching to the digital world to slowly decrease my nicotine intake.. Great atmosphere and vibe! Love it! thank you for the new electronic water pipe or hookah whatever it's called these days lol. Well done! Oh give Ashely a raise! She's a great sales gal! Thank you for the free pod to fit in the electronic bong!”

“Owner behind the counter is extremely EXPERIENCED. Knows all of his inventory on the back of his hand, and encourages follow ups should there be discrepancies! My Maven Blowtorch was not working and I went to 3 different local smoke shops all of them had no idea and immediately told me to buy another. I brought it here and not only did he fix it with his tools, (discovering there was a problem with the igniter) but told me about Maven's warranty! This PLACE IS GREAT. BIGGEST INVENTORY IN SPRING VALLEY, SAN DIEGO.”

“Tired of running all over Socal to get your vaping supplies ? I have been going to Tommy's for the past few months they have everything every one needs. If they don't have it, they know where it is and when it's coming. I use only Naked tobacco info infused liquid at 12 % solution. Marvin keeps 2 bottles for me. On Tuesday I went because my last good battery died. Marvin wasn't in. His wonderful sister sold me the right batteries, I then asked her to troubleshoot my geek vape, and she showed me how to adjust it to the proper voltage, it is awesome! I told her I wanted to get out of the multiple battery business she showed me the New Smok RPM 5 it's awesome, built in battery USB C Charging . I'm on cloud 9. Haven't smoked a cigarette in 18 hours. In 5 minutes she fixed 3 mods, sold me my juice and did it all in a calm, gracious way . I like Marvin and his dad, but this young lady is wonderful. I will shop on Tuesday more often.”
