This review is specifically for Marcelo. He helped me and my mother out this morning getting some documents notarized for the sale of my late father's sailboat. My mother, married for 40 years who sailed regularly with him, was having a very hard time emotionally. Marcelo was kind, compassionate, and tactful in helping my mother sign these docs. He explained everything well and even offered her a hug. To the store manager, this is a great employee who cares about his work and the people he's helping here. Thanks again, Marcelo.

Anytime I go to this location there's a guy with glasses on the heavier side with curly hair that's always in a extremely bad mood and is so rude that I had to leave a review he cursed at a customer before me in line for having the wrong QR Code and called him a "fn Rtrd" this guy is the only reason to avoid this location

This store was opened in the perfect location. It has been fast and easy everytime to get service. Imperial beach needed a ups store badly. So stoked to have a ups store in town. All the staff is friendly and helpful. A pleasure to come in for my shipping needs.

Customer service is great. I do have a problem with your pricing on printing labels. $4.00 is outrageous. Every other u.p.s store charges 1.00 for return labels.

Great location, feel bad! I only see Amazon returns taking place, they have boxes for shipping they can print stuff for you and also have PO Boxes

The experience was horrible this morning. My wife went into the UPS store and from the start received attitude from an employee claiming his name was Muarice. My wife has the employee to please print images onto a shirt in which the employee began to huff deny the service, and proceeded to turn his back and text someone while my wife stood there waiting for service. Finally my wife decided to go to a different location because the customer service was so bad. The crazy thing was she received the same service from another employee at this location the previous day, his name was David. No problem great service. After my wife told me about the incident, I called the store and asked to speak to Maurice, the individual who answered the call said there is no one at this location by that name in which I said my wife was just down there and received horrible service by someone and he said yes your wife was here and my name is Marcelo not Maurice. I asked him why did you say Maurice then? He explained that he denied the service because he has been told not to use paper provided by people on the outside, in which I explained my wife doesn't know that and how is it fair that she gets the service one day and not the next? Overall, the experience was horrible and we will not be returning to this location and we will be telling our friends and family about our experience.

I usually come here in the afternoons. David is wonderful every time I come in. There is also another young lady that is there in the afternoons. They both have the best customer service. Please try avoid coming in the morning as Marcello has the worst attitude from the moment you walk in the door. He needs to give your grief about what your asking before he says that he will do it. He will turn his back text for a bit, huff. Its the most ridiculous experience for someone who is the store front face of this UPS store. I will save myself the extra time and drive 10 minutes to another UPS store.

WOW, Davis was pretty busy with all these Amazon returns coming in. We were returning a very small package that was inadvertently lost while checking in and we had to cancel the return David telephoned us back that the small pkg was found. David maintained great customer service and saw the transaction to its successful end. Good solid honest worker. Love the new UPS store we have!

Don't go here her if you have a large item to return to amazon. They will try and sell you packaging for a free return.

Reminder to get your receipts printed for any Amazon returns.I’ve never had this issue at other locations but for some reason, many of my items have not been properly returned by this store over the past 2 months.
