My mom went in to purchase a SIM card because hers was stolen along with her debit card. Before she went in I made sure to add her as an authorized user through customer service. Unfortunately she forgot her ID and someone named heram denied her service while lying to her about no one in the store being there to help her and going as far as saying that she wasnt an authorized user. She asked to use the phone to dial me and he also denied her that. Mind you she could text me with WiFi just couldn't make calls. So she was texting me while all of this is happening. I called the store to verify that what he was telling her is true and he told me opposite information. He told me that the other representative in the store was helping someone else and couldn't attend her. Yet he is there? Doing??? So while my mom is trying to get help he is bad mouthing her in Spanish. Also he said my mom wasn't an authorized user when I called T-Mobile AGAIN they verified she was. I don't care that this place is a franchise, that's not an excuse to be a shitty rep. Don't go here unless you want service from people who are mad at the world that their job sucks.

It was a jock! I just need make a payment and they couldn't make it. I was there 20 minutes and everyone, left before me, left disappointed without resolve the issue they had before coming in. Waste of time

Horrible experience they had no idea what they were doing..took hours to transfer one device to another..The manager was obnoxiously rude..Can't believe they get away with that service..

Everyone is nice, but unless you have time to waste do not come to this location.You could go for a payment or just one accessory really fast and the guys have literally the speed of a turtle taking 1 hr for a quick charger sale.Now imagine going to trouble shoot or getting a phone.Service it’s great I understand everyone has to make sales in order to get that commission so they will sell you anything but I really believe they should all be trained in multitasking and moving along a bit faster.

Horrible service from people who just have a d*** look on their face. The first person I spoke to you didn’t even attempt to answer my questions and I’ve been a member of T-Mobile for more than 15 years. Very very disappointing. I went to another T-Mobile location and was helped out immediately by knowledge people

Well I got my iPhone 13 at this imperial beach location when they first came out quite a few months back.. so I’ve been trying to download video from my car rear view camera to my iPhone.. I went to this T-mobile location and told there was a male and female employee working there about 10 am today 4/25/22 because I couldn’t figure how to open a download file on my phone.. I was very disappointed and shocked the the two employees did not know how to do it either , the comet from the male employee ‘ was we don’t know how to find the download files’ we just sell the phones’.. very bad service and un knowledgeable staff .. sounds like these two employees need some training or have knowledge of there job.. aren’t we supposed to take are phone to place where we bought it for help ! ????
