terrible customer service. i was told 120 no more than 130 max and they want to charge me 300 dollars!!!! these assholes know what they are doing. they wait last minute to tell you. and my taxes are due in 2 days. f****** pricks

Luz is excellent! She is so friendly, informative and trustworthy. We've been using South Bay Tax Services for five (5) years now and we don't live in San Diego anymore either! She's able to help us remotely and she still provides us the best customer service. Thankful for their team.

South bay tax ,was the worse service,most Expensive Tax service I've ever used. The owner was rude she was at didn't show up for an appointment and then charged me $550 to do a single persons tax and then told me she had to get all this equipment to do it awful awful don't go

My parents have been getting their taxes done with Susan for years. My sister and I both get our taxes done with Southbay Tax and have been doing so for a few years now as well. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I know I can rely on them every year when tax season comes around. 4/5 stars because the prices seem to be on the high side, but to be fair, I'm unsure of the average rate to pay.
