My nephew knows the founder and owner ex Navy Seal a real soldier not a wannabe gamer lol. Dylan understood my situation and responded very quick and gave me a great rate . My nephew uses their moving company lots . The movers were very professional hardworking polite on time . They did an excellent job moving us to our new home and quick . They were very careful with any heavy or breakable stuff. The cost Dylan quoted which was very fair was the price we paid . They made a nerve racking time into a peaceful move and did such an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone in Southern California that needs helping moving. This is a excellent moving company. Dylan I can't express My gratitude enough and really appreciate you and your moving staff. Thanks so much for moving me into our new home.

As a former employee, I was given many hours and had been given consistent work, with no hint that that would not continue. So I went out and financed myself a car. I couldn't make the 3rd or 4th payment after just randomly being fired one morning when I came in (with the reasoning being "we don't need you anymore"). So I lost my job and my car and barley managed to not become homeless. So fyi, this is how they treated an employee.

Very bad experience. They did not inventory my property it was all just packed which took an extremely long time. boxes only had where it was going NO name, to who it belonged to. it was suppose to be stored until I let them know when to bring it . Also paid for storage . I got a call it was on its way ! i had to find and pay for storage unit out if the blue ! Also had to pay to have it moved again once I found a place to live ! when I finally had a place to live and went through my things I had missing boxes and had boxes that where not mine . Reggie was great at getting back to me then that stopped. Dylan Carr never called me back to explain or apologize. Lack of communication was awful. This started in December 2021. Nightmare. I do not recommend. Very disappointed. No paperwork was always told it was coming . What I got was after the fact . No accountability from them .

Roberto and Alfonso were prompt, neat, respectful and took such good care of my mother and her treasures. The move went smoothly with no concerns. Upon arrival, they went right to work, addressing all of our concerns, adjusting when needed. Upon reaching our destination they brought all of her things in with care, nothing was broken, everything was easy to find and they provided a great explanation of costs. The whole move could not have been any easier.

Very efficient, punctual (even arrived a little early), knew their way around the assisted living facility my father was moving to, and got everything done in less than an hour. Kudos to Andy and Kelly!

This company is absolutely awesome in every way! I wish I could give them 10+ stars, they deserve it.
I called and asked them to move a vehicle frame machine for me from the middle of the state back to IB and without hesitation, they were on it! They were so careful and moved this massive piece of equipment with grace and ease, I was more then impressed. The level of professionalism was fantastic. If I ever need anything moved again, I won’t hesitate to call these guys. Thank you Dylan and team, way to go!!

Andrew and Matthew moved us from a 4-5 bedroom 2400 sq ft 2-story home in Oceanside, CA, to a single story 3 bedroom 1900 sq ft house in TN. They had lots of help loading locally, but no help whatsoever out in TN. These guys are beasts! They got it done under the most extreme heat and humidity imaginable. Not only that, but to get three trailers (one 10', one 16' and one 42') unpacked that quickly...bravo! And just to get the large one up and down our new driveway...that took some serious work under extreme conditions! I definitely recommend John Carr Local Motion for your in town or cross country moves!

Great company. Dylan is a great ambassador for this family business. Crew is great as well. Recently moved from San Diego to NorCal. They provided all moving materials in advance, did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Pricing never changed. So many uncertainties with a long move. This company puts all those reservations to rest. Highly recommend. Thanks guys!!!

Dylan Carr and his amazing team handled two moves for us in the past 2 weeks. Dylan is the epitome of efficiency, courtesy and competence. His crew is exceptional. Every one of them are courteous and willing to do anything to make a move efficient and pleasant. I would rehire them in a minute!
