CVS in Imperial Beach 800 Palm Ave, is one of my favorite CVSs. It is always clean and the staff is always there to help with any question. I also appreciate the pharmacy department. The staff will also help you save money with details on the coupons and carecard

Terrible CVS to visit!!! Manager Sherry and Cashier Valerie are lazy af!!! I asked to use the restroom and Sherry said that Valerie was by herself and couldn't open the restroom for me, (which wasn't true because another gentleman was there too). She's said restroom were closed for today (6pm) LMAO. They both lazy because they don't want to clean the restroom during their shift. CVS cooperation needs to hired some Latinos/Hispanics hardworking people not these lazy white and Asian ppl. Sherry needs management training on how to talk to customers because as CVS manager she represents the store and her F/U attitude doesn't help. Btw Covina and West Covina CVS stores are friendly Cashiers and Managers.

Store has a sign that literysays open 24/7 yet at 12 they have the gate locked and employees visibly in there stocking pretending not to see that there's about 3 others trying to come in. I don't know if they've changed their hours but there's signs all over the store that say 24/7 and they have the door closed

I went ALL THE WAY to this CVS cuz they're supposed to be OPEN 24HRS well that's a LIE...... needed cold medicine and couldn't even get any...they need to update there hours online or someone isn't doing there job!!!

THEE worst “customer service.” The staff left me standing at the consultation counter in plain sight and never once did any of the 5-10 employees back in Pharmacy acknowledge me!3 employees looked at me and saw me there and never once asked how I can be helped, or even bother to get me help! I finally had to just blurt out my question to get their attention. I guess all the training and schooling left out common courtesy. Very unprofessional. Be better CVS Pharmacy!

Kids were sick and congested which meant no sleep and to my surprise no one is open 24 hours anymore or so I thought until I found CVS. The pricing was good, the staff was friendly and helpful and even at 1AM the store was clean

This store is advertised as 24 hours. The sign with store hours on the outside reads 24 hours, one neon sign is lit up, one 3ft by 3ft lighted sign is lit up that reads 24 hours, and a large window sticker of at least 3 ft by 4ft reads 24 hours. Yet, a night employee has placed a printed out sign in the window, on more than one occasion that reads "Store Closed," including right now. It is 4:am - This is a huge issue. I'm sitting here having an allergic reaction, and need Benadryl! If the store refuses to open when advertised - what does corporate plan on doing about it? I don't know the store number, but the address is 800 Palm Ave, Imperial Beach California. This is NOT Okay!! I can see an employee in there. Are they just refusing to open up and do their job? This is false advertising and it is illegal!
