I came to an appointment with Sonia at 1 pm I planned it. It was an appointment for my son a high school account. I planned it I pulled him out of school and they only have a 1 pm appointment. Prior doing my appointment I had asked Sonia how long was the process she said 45 min to 50 so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. I have to leave at 2 pm to pick up my child at 2:15 pm. Well my appointment didn't start until almost 1:30 and even though I arrived 12:45 just to make sure nothing went wrong.
Well they have no respect for people's time is pointless to make appointments.
Some walk ins went in first then me with other bankers when I asked if there was anyone's else to help me since Sonia was still not finished with her other appointments and I was told no one else because they were all busy now. I am beyond disappointed because they have no respect people's times and planning. It is the same thing to just walk in then make an appointment

I will definitely be using this branch from now on for all my banking needs. Not only did Dhamar greet me at the door, but also helped with documentation I needed that the Chula Vista branch said they could not & would not do. While Dhamar was taking care of my financial documents, I used the teller and she was nice & friendly as well.
This is the way a back should be managed. Keep up the great work and a shout out to Dhamar who went above & beyond.

GO TO A CREDIT UNION!! Big banks play by there own rules. Venmo would have cleared my funds faster than Chase.
1 star for the nice teller who kinda helped me.
7 day hold on a Wells Fargo payroll check from San Diego county‘s largest employer then giving me a private office to call customer service to release the funds; 0 stars. Maybe by holding people’s money and with no staff that’s why they can afford 5% on there CDs. Place is a joke.

Great staff and clean environment! I usually see Sonia Torriz or Juan Garcia. Both AMAZING. Torriz is super empathetic to all the *many* questions I have and Garcia is incredibly friendly even to people who don't have an appointment with him. ATM messed up my deposit on Christmas Eve, but that can happen anywhere. And they're fixing the problem as fast as they can. Thank you

The ATMs are always out of order or slow. It would be nice if they would work but it is never guaranteed so it causes long waits

Never wanted Chase as my primary bank, but they where offering "best" rates for home purchasing and they gave me the WORST taste. Very unprofessional because the amount of mistakes THEY made in our application is laughable now, but delay our home purchase for 3 months. We pulled the offer with them because our agent decided to go on a week vacation while handling our case, I would rather not name person because she was also trying her hardest to get the most $$$ (up to $15,000 more) out of us, no compassion for their costumers. I am so glad we worked with a broker and we got our house in just 2 weeks!!!

This bank, their workers, this entire corporation are thiefs and extremely unprofessional. Steal a check that's been cleared and then continue to hold all the funds. While laughing at the customer in their face. I will be closing my account with corrupt chase. This location is by far the worst.

Juan Garcia is the best! He's helped me numerous times with business and personal accounts as well as mortgages. He is always friendly and professional and is also tenacious. Today my son was trying to move his custodial account into Chase College Checking online but couldn't do it from his computer - a firewall or something was throwing off the Chase system. Most bankers would've just given up, but Juan figured out a way to get this done. And this is just one of the many times he's helped sort out an issue. We are so grateful that he's here in IB!
