They should change their name to "Sorry Station" cause there's a ton of signs that say sorry the fridge is broken, sorry no tap for credit cards, sorry our gas pumps are slow, sorry pump is broken, sorry no restrooms, . . . list goes on and on.

So I'm giving this gas station a 2 star review. So apart that you can't pay at the pump, what else us there, oh yes, slow fueling W.T.H. Then half there pumps are down. Plus, you need to go into the store to do a prepayment. The inside of the store looks run down. There, Chula Vista location looks way better. All pumps work you can pay at pump and they fuel quicker. You would think this company is from Oceanside and has so many other locations in North County and 1 in Los Angeles. They would be able to take care of us down here in South Bay. But anyways, this one location here is TRASH! You have a prime location to have a very busy gas station, and you can't even run it correctly!

Worst ever. 75 per cent of the pumps are not working. Waited behind a car for a working pump. Every pump switched over cars and I'm still sitting behind a guy who basically parked blocking pump. I walked inside and he's playing on his phone with attendant or flirting with her ...I sat behind him for 13 minutes waiting to get gas. I said something and attendant was rude . I live 4 blocks away and I will never come here again.

My recent experience at MOHESEN Oil and Beachside gas station left much to be desired. I used one of their pumps, dispensed what should have been $29 worth of gas, but when I returned to my car, my fuel gauge still read empty. Frustratingly, this wasn't the first time this had happened at this station, and I decided to speak with the gas attendant.The gas attendant was courteous and understanding. They kindly contacted someone whom I assumed was the manager. While I didn't directly engage with the manager, I overheard their conversation with the gas attendant. Unfortunately, what I heard was far from satisfactory.The manager's response was dismissive and unhelpful. They seemed unwilling to acknowledge the recurring issues with their pumps and essentially told the gas attendant not to bother them with such matters in the future, suggesting that I should call an office number instead.This response was not only disappointing but also showcased a lack of responsibility and customer care. It's disheartening to see a gas station aware of ongoing pump problems yet choosing to brush them under the rug, leaving customers feeling disregarded. Offering an office number that doesn't address or acknowledge customer concerns is far from a solution.In conclusion, my experience at MOHESEN Oil and Beachside gas station was tainted by poor customer service, a failure to address persistent issues, and a manager who appeared indifferent to customer needs. I would advise potential patrons to exercise caution until improvements are made in customer service and pump maintenance.

The woman inside is rude and unable to do her job. 2/12 gas pumps work. Trash piled everywhere. Gas is poor quality save your engine and spare yourself the worst customer service you’ll ever experience.

I went for gas just now right before 1 pm on a Thursday. I was using a credit card and the pump asked me for a pin. I tried it a second time making sure I said no to debit card and it still asked me for a pin. So I went to the door - it's locked. There is a sign saying back in 5 minutes. I waited 5 minutes and no one came back. Very frustrating so I just left. The screens on the pumps are very hard to read. They're all scratched up and the display is faint. So I had already decided not to come back here. Today I decided to give it another try but I won't be back. Sad because this is the closest gas station to where I live.

Just got gas there on 7/7/2020 in the evening. I prepaid $150.00 for my RV. It only took $100.00 so I left thinking it was going to only charge $100.00. It indeed charged me $150.00 so I called this morning 7/8/2020 and talked to the owner. He took my info over the phone and credited back the $50.00. Very trustworthy owner. Thanks you!!
