Nice spacious pumps, friendly staff, and they serve hot food at a decent price, the food is pretty darn good as well. One of the first establishments you see upon entering "town." The community park is directly across the street with a sweet playground for the kids to enjoy, and the a short walk away from strawberry creek. The owner James is a very kind man, and strives to run the place as professional as possible, and treats everyone like a friend.

Not marking items inside so you don't know how much your paying. Very bad policy it's as if your ripping the customer off. Hamburgers are good.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!' my boyfriend and I pulled in to the wrong side pump forgetting it's on the other side and was going to swap around and get gas but I went to grab my wallet to go inside and get food and snacks while he was turning around. We were maybe there for 2 minutes MAX like we had just pulled in! and some rude lady comes out yelling at us that there is free parking across the street and throws a fit and walks back inside. I told her as she was walking away that we were going inside to get food and he was pulling around to another pump. But she flipped me off and we left. we are from out of state and heard great things about everyone being friendly and welcoming in idyllwild but this is BS. There are zero signs out that say anything about parking and pumps, if it's that big of a deal post signs and stop being a jerk to people who are wanting to spend money at your business. And ma'am, if you hate your job that much just quit. Being rude to people shouldn't be the way to live your life. Especially when it revolves around customer service.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced at any gas station in my entire life and I'm 52 years old. I simply asked for tokens to use the air machine outside. The employee rolled her eyes, sighed and slapped the tokens into my hand very aggressively. I have no idea what's going on in her head but she shouldn't be in the customer service industry if she can't handle a simple task without reacting the way she did. Today's day is May 26th and if you plan on going into the store for any reason, I would avoid it at all costs. She's a very grumpy woman that deserves to be reprimanded. Get a new job if you don't like the one you have. Bottom line......

Cashiers were visibly irritated that I had the nerve to go there during a shift change even though the transaction took less than a minute. Cashier on the register was shaking her head and said, here's another one. I apologized as I left. Was just the kick in the teeth that I needed. Will make sure to never bother them again?

Gas is expensive and they don't care that you get it cheaper right down the road so on weekends and holidays it is ridiculously high. And during the week it's where everyone goes to grab a quick snack and a cold drink. It's eh. The only reason I give them three stars is because of Sandy. She is the bestest in the westest.

Everyone in town has mentioned the burgers here. I even heard from some that they are the best and much more affordable. But what is really attractive was the customer service. Sandy was so attentive and cheerful I forget this is a gas station!! If I check in again, you'll know the townspeople were right. For now... anticipation. Thank you Sandy!
