Most Rude Sales people I have EVER Encountered !! How doe's the owner keep these people employed and think he is going to make a profit let alone stay in Business ?? Edward was one of the rudest people I have ever met and he is the Manager of the store supposedly !!! Good luck on keeping your doors open with this rude staff !

The staff was some of the rudest I've experienced. We have two girls, one of which was trying on hats in the store. One of the staff came up and said, "Don't put on the hats. They're not toys." He then basically yanked the hat out of her hand. She was geniunely trying on hats and asking us to buy one. First sale lost. My other daughter was measuring her feet with the foot that foot measurement thing and, again, the same guy came over and took it from her saying something like "it's not a toy". Again, we were looking for shoes for her and needed her current foot size. Second sale lost. I had already picked out a pair of flipflops that I was going to buy but, obviously, I had no intention of giving these folks any money. We exchanged some words and left. I get it. Idyllwild is a town that doesn't really get tourism even though they are fully dependent on it. However, if you want to sell to us tourists, a little bit of charm and tolerance would go a long way. Charm school for the staff is highly recommended!

Dog friendly ! Yes! This store is beautiful, friendly manager, awesome selection pi f every shape, size, style and prices. Located in the heart of scenic #idyllwildcalifornia . Eddie Hopper, manager, is very knowledgeable, and he has a cute little dog too!

I was in town for the first time and decided to stop in and look for a pair of shoes. I have large and very wide feet, so it doesn't happen often, so I was happy when I actually found a pair of minnetonka moccasins in here that actually fit. The salesman assured me that as long as I had wiggle room in my toes (I did), the shoes would fit just fine and would mold to my feet.I wore them and the very next day the sole on one of the shoes began to separate. "Well that's a bummer," I thought, "these were pretty comfy even though I was just breaking them in. Oh well, maybe they'll have another pair or, if not, at least they can give me a refund. At least I still have the receipt."I come back the next day, show a different salesman, who says they can't do any refunds or exchanges if a shoe's been worn. Well, that's a terrible policy, especially for a shoe that's obviously had a manufacturer error. "Is there a manufacturer warranty? These are minnetonka moccasins, I've always heard they were decent and I paid 70 dollars for them." Salesman doesn't know and says to look on the website. Other salesman just looks at me like I'm crazy when I ask if that's all they can do.Extremely unhelpful store and sales team. Be really careful buying here.
