“I went to Idyllwild for a wedding and I realized I forgot my belt. I called the store and they had some belts. I went there and found one that was a bit long, but with the help of the front staff (seemed like the owner?) I was able to unscrew it and cut it to my size. She saved the day and I made it to the wedding on time! Great service.”
