“I bought an old vintage Toyota in the middle of a work trip, and tried driving it from Burbank to Humboldt, and I made it as far as Huron / Coalinga before my head gasket yeeted itself into a full meltdown. Coolant and oil slurry everywhere, melted plastic and hoses, a real mess. Ralph had it towed in, and while I hitched a ride out of town up north, he found all the specific hoses, gaskets, reservoirs, and parts, and had the ability to send the head to a machine shop to check for warping and resurfacing. I had the car shipped up today (he was able to watch over my car for quite some time until I was able to arrange transport) and it drives like a new 45 year old car. Fantastic work, an absolute lifesaver, and a joy to work with, all at a great price!”

“I was driving up to San Francisco from San Diego when my engine overheated. Took my truck here and spoke to the mechanic in my best mid grade Spanish and he told me to get a new thermostat at NAPA down the street. Brought the part back to him and came back an hour or so later after some lunch and consoling my gf. He showed me that everything was functioning properly on his OBD scanner and he charged me $50 for the work. Overall 10/10 would recocomend.”
