This is the worst Verizon store. The worst customer service possible. The representatives are rude and don't know anything about the service lines. Everyone there is ignorant and rude. Don't go to this location. The manager needs to be terminated and replaced. I came into the store to look into changing my plan since my current plan did not have enough internet. The manager initially came up to me to help me and I explained the issues I had with my account. He told me to hold on while he reviewed my account but went to talk to the security guard. He stood with the security guard for about 15minutes and then sent another representative to help me. The representative that was sent over to help me ignored me while I was re-explaining my situation and cut me off to tell me he was going to send me a code and that I didn't need to tell him my experience, that he would look at my account and get "the truth". I was in disbelief as thr manager stood by him and didn't say or do anything to interfere. I done with Verizon. better yet, just close the location all together. The manager

Before I had a lot of problems with my phones, they often broke and the signal was often lost and since I changed with Verizon everything works.

I recently switch to Verizon, and coming to the store to pick up an item literally made me question my decision. I didn’t have my ID so I use my Verizon pass which was clearly an option. They made it so difficult for me. They were not trying to help me or look at my pass. Not going to that store anymore and definitely canceling my order. Disappointed!

As much I rate leaving this review mainly with the store is located. They really need to trained and not be dishonest to there customers. Every time we would come here the sale person either would straight up lie about sales or even know a clue what they’re doing. Last year in 2022 salesman Diego sold us accessories that were suppose to be on sale when we trade in our phones. Not only that but told us the life time warranty for a tempered screen. If damaged we can go to any Verizon store location to get it replaced. We saw our bill was charging us full price for the items. We made a complain. But wouldn’t give us anything or help us for it for an error they did. Yesterday I went in about the tempered screen and they said they wouldn’t do the change that I needed to go to a third party. This is where I have an issue. The salesperson they have should be be honest and told us ahead of time. Only reason I even got it was because they guaranteed I can just changed if. They need to not be dishonest to the customer who they’re selling too. But it seems they care for only getting sales by commissions and making a sale. When I went to ask for the manager. They told me to buy the tempered screen again but would give me 10% off for it ? What the hell is that ?! This location needs to do better. Stop being so dishonest just to make a buck.

Verizon is a scam and I would not recommend people buy it. They have a complicated billing cycle and then they will start adding random charges or continue to charge you for bills that you already paid. Don’t use the switch rebate because if you leave for reasons such as fraudulent charges, they will charge back that rebate. Do better Verizon

It is my first time visiting this Verizon store and honestly very pleasant experience. Laura provided the best customer service. I purchased a screen protector and lens protector for my phone and she helped me out very promptly and excellently. Overall the environment and energy of the store was vibrant and clean. I would definitely make this my go to Verizon store.

I had the worst experience here and I do not recommend this store to anyone. I got helped by Allan and he charged me double for stuff he wasn't supposed to. He was very dishonest and when told about the other charges his refunds were lower that what it was supposed to be. Virri the supervisor on duty did not help she just ignored the situation and when I addressed her she was rude. I asked for my money back on everything and they said it was going to take 3 days. Worst service. Allan didn't even give me the right information to retransfer my number. Do recommend. They are dishonest and just awful. Only the security guard was nice.
