Please stay away from here . There’s always a cranky lady with a lot of pimples on her face who is always rude and cranky for no reason . She constantly throws my packages with no regard with what’s inside .

One of the ladies in front with the shoulder length black hair and gold hoops with thin eyebrows was super rude. Tried asking about printing labels and what type shipping rates they offer and she completely brushed me off. Was very condescending every single time I tried to ask her something.

So I was suppose to received a package from this carrier, they put it was delivered yet I did not receive anything, the lady Lucy stated that maybe the carrier just put delivered but did not deliver that day. They lost my package then she brought her supervisor Esmeralda, which she was not helpful, first of all she came at me rude, she stated I would received a call back from her at 4 when she speak to the delivery driver, yet she never called me, she stated her boss was going to be at work tomorrow, yet I came in today and he was not here, I do not know but they need to find my package! My package has a valuable price. Oh and last thing the ladies decline, calling their boss to tell them I needed to speak to them,! I already filed a few complaint by this location, they either need to find my package! Or refund me the total cost of my item!

Terrible customer service. I asked if my package was ready for pick up, since I pay to have my mail sent to the PO BOX. She literally told me they had no time to check.Everytime I go pick up my packages, they are always in a bad mood. If I get lucky they are in a good mood and give me my packages that day.The only reason I have a PO BOX there is because my mail gets lost at home.

I paid about $ 100 for postage. The postal package arrived in Iran after 3 months and was defective and completely damaged. Chocolate and pistachios were defective and moldy, and my family threw souvenirs in the trash. There is no good future,don't waste your time and money hereShame on the US Post Officech149509556US

Soto seems like a typical post office: Long lines 1 cashier What makes this post office worst than the rest of the typical post offices is the small parking lot. There are about 5 parking spaces in the post office parking lot. Two of which are disabled-only. One of the disabled only spaces have spray paint over the sign. So Ill assume that there are 4 regular parking spaces. Today when I came, the parking lot was full of cars, double parked that the entrance to the post office was back up onto 57th street and Soto. Don't even think about trying to find a parking space on 57th street. That residential neighborhood is full of cars, bumper to bumper. You cant park on Soto either. The post office doesn't have a gated parking lot. So I wouldn't be surprised if some of the 57th street residents unfairly park their vehicles in the small parking lot. During my visit, I was lucky to pull in parking lot while someone was coming out a regular available space. But it was hell getting out parking lot. Because the idiot that was blocking me was acting like he didn't speak English when I told him to get the f@&$ out my way.
