Please stay away from here . There’s always a cranky lady with a lot of pimples on her face who is always rude and cranky for no reason . She constantly throws my packages with no regard with what’s inside .

Me gusta esta pequeño pero ,muy amables muy eficientes las chicas, yo boy en la tarde cuando salgo de mi trabajo nunca hay gente muy rápido el servicio y con buena atención sobretodo uno de los pocos correos que tienen muy buena manera de tratar a los clientes por que la mayoría de correos tienen un personal muy pésimo hablado de carácter.

Those ladies at the front so rude terrible customer service I think one is call Lucy so rude they need to fired them don't come here don't waste your time here they need to hired better people!!!!

One of the ladies in front with the shoulder length black hair and gold hoops with thin eyebrows was super rude. Tried asking about printing labels and what type shipping rates they offer and she completely brushed me off. Was very condescending every single time I tried to ask her something.

So I was suppose to received a package from this carrier, they put it was delivered yet I did not receive anything, the lady Lucy stated that maybe the carrier just put delivered but did not deliver that day. They lost my package then she brought her supervisor Esmeralda, which she was not helpful, first of all she came at me rude, she stated I would received a call back from her at 4 when she speak to the delivery driver, yet she never called me, she stated her boss was going to be at work tomorrow, yet I came in today and he was not here, I do not know but they need to find my package! My package has a valuable price. Oh and last thing the ladies decline, calling their boss to tell them I needed to speak to them,! I already filed a few complaint by this location, they either need to find my package! Or refund me the total cost of my item!

Terrible customer service. I asked if my package was ready for pick up, since I pay to have my mail sent to the PO BOX. She literally told me they had no time to check.Everytime I go pick up my packages, they are always in a bad mood. If I get lucky they are in a good mood and give me my packages that day.The only reason I have a PO BOX there is because my mail gets lost at home.
