I was charged by the lady twice for two boxes that were by her mistake. I told her I had TWO SEPARATE orders to be shipped out and she aggressively demanded the items to be placed on her table. Without hesitation I did because those needed to be shipped that day. Then she mixed up the two separate orders and put the wrong label on an item and she said she had to get another box. She said she wouldn’t charge me for HER MISTAKE, but she charged me twice. I did not want to waste my time to ask her why I was being charged because she was being hostile to begin with. I can’t even reach customer services to report this and get my money back with this rude lady worker. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with her

Can’t believe my taxes are going out so that these people can take 1 and 1/2hr lunches during the weekday at noon & actively look at a line gathering but still continuing to move as slow as humanly possible.

Lunch hours always different can never know when they are closed for lunch. Have gone at 1130 or 1 and they’ve been closed for lunch. Otherwise nice folks.

This post office has to get their hours straight!!! The website says it opens at 9am and the sign on the door says 8am. The photo of the sign reads 9am, but it got changed again to read 8am? Staff needs to update the door sign to read 9am, also I asked for the regular labels that read To: and From: I was rudely offended by the African American employee, he said we don't have those labels, it's up to you to already have the address written on the envelope or package!! I said I have always use the labels here!! He said we never had labels??? So now I'm a liar??? This place is a joke, this is my last time here.

Typically I loathe going to the Post Office as much as the DMV. Today however I had the most pleasant experience and here are the reasons why. 1. Parking was readily available ( This post office has a good amount of spaces and there is residential parking available as well. 2. The line was non-existent ( There might have been one person ahead of me in line. PRO-TIP: If you come before 11:30 the line is smaller, they tend to get busier in the afternoon) 3. Pleasant customer service ( Ms. Lucy was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. She even double-checked a shipping policy of the receiving address to make sure packages were still being accepted. Thank you Ms. Lucy you're awesome!) I will definitely keep this Post Office in my rotation.

I sent out a package via usps certified. It was supposed to arrived to its destination yesterday and till today it's still has not moved from the post office .
