Terrible customer service bought a tablet 3 days ago ! Tablet completely froze after using it for a few minutes. Went to take it back too the store and refuse to exchange it. Idk how they're still open or the owner has these type employees working.

Great customer service. Adam is very professional and wise about what he does. All employees on the store were very kind, friendly and informative. They gave me a free raffle ticket and a 21 day free cell coverage card. I will always call these guys before going to my sprint dealer because they give great advise and could help you save time and money by recommending certain services and resources. They put a brand new screen on my Samsung galaxy s8 and I didnt charge me for a new screen protector. They had my phone up and ready in a little over an hour and a half. Good quality work done. Now I have a brand new screen and didnt have to wait over a week for that assurion insurance company to rob me out of a deductible before I got a new phone. In the end I probably saved 200 bucks due to time and customer service damaged phone claims. Thanks Adam.

I love their screen repair services! I have used their services multiple times. Everyone is super friendly and their turn over time is very reasonable and fast. I won't go anywhere for phone and tablet repair services.

I’m really disappointed with this repair place. I got my iphone SCREEN fixed two weeks ago. Dropped it lightly and my phone screen broke and NOW the LCD is damaged as well. I had my phone in an otterbox phone protector. What kind of cheap screen protector do you guys put on the phone ? Don’t come here. Don’t waste your money. If your thinking about coming here. Go back and read it again. I’m really upset and annoyed I have to go somewhere else and get it fixed AGAIN.

Went in there with a messed up screen and display wouldnt turn on with my galaxy S9. They fixed it fast and works as if nothing happened to it (typing this review with my fixed phone) Professional, fast, friendly only down side is when I dropped off my phone there was a guy sleeping on the couch. Worried I accidentally stepped into a homeless shelter without realizing it. But other than that great place!

I would definitely recommend this place for anybody who would like to fix their phone, price is reasonable and very affordable. I got my battery and my screen fixed for the price of one compared to other places I had checked out! I will definitely be coming back if ever break my screen again.

My screen is seperating and it's only been 3 months or so since Total Wireless replaced it Some of my keys are not responding and my home button has stopped working which I wouldn't blame on the screen but sheesh my iphone is not an iphone anymore.

Damaged my PS4 and refused to take responsibility for it even though I provided proof of the damage. The console looks like it was dropped. Ended up costing me more to repair it than what they charged me for a completely different problem.
