Just stopped by the Huntington Park location to pick up the monthly kids kits for my kids like I do every month. I wait in the long line, with just one of my kids the rest stayed home. And mind you we NEVER stay to build the stuff there. And we've never had to register. Just show up. And yes there's times where they ran out, that I understand. The people in front of us got cookies, a drink, a picture with Santa, their kits & LEFT. Right when it was our turn I asked for a cookie for my kid and the employee said "no until she's done with her project" I specifically said I'm taking them home I'm not risking COVID being here in the large crowd. She said you can't take it to go. Again the people in front of us did. She said you can wait. Like she knew I had nothing else to do. Then this woman goes out of her way to make sure the next employee didn't give me anything. Took the boxes off the table and said she's not getting any to go. If you didn't register you can have one for the kid present. Where does it say kid needs to be present or registration is required. ITS NOT! So we left empty handed, all 3 families. Who goes out of their way to ruin kids day?! During the holidays of all days. Drove myself to dollar tree and spent $20 buying supplies for all the kids at home waiting for their gingerbread house. Real jolly employees you've got Home Depot. That'll keep your customers coming back.

The worse HOME DEPOT I've been to! Customer service was bad and the lady at the returns was soooooo rude accusing me of stealing when I was trying to return some stuff with the receipt of purchase in my hand!

This has to be the worst Home Depot I've ever been to in my life! Don't trust the app and in stock quantities here! Even if it says they have 50+ of an item. They probably don't and won't help you find it either.

Worst Home Depot I've been to. The workers are rude. I've asked 3 guys for help and they just ignored me. I need some stuff and I was looking for it half an hour turns out they were out of stock. I went to go ask help again and I came across this room where they had the things I was looking for. DO BETTER HOME DEPOT.

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to. They purposely leave up inventory that is out of stock to lure unsuspecting customers inside. They don't pick up phones. Employees are barely literate. Find a different Home Depot.

If you are considering Home Depot for a project..run! I gave up $4000 to do the right thing and share my experience with you…my experience with Home Depot is as follows❤️ Re: job #11128950 My name is Lori xxxxx and I have been in contact with you at various times through the duration of this project. Here is a recap of the issues involved: -projected time required for project initially one day (June 29) morphing to weeks then months -window manufactured incorrectly requiring a reorder -glass door panel installed with cracked glass requiring replacement -all window screens installed backwards and ripped. -window sash damaged requiring replacement -door trim installed without prior approval or discussion resulting in negative esthetic changes to the structure -installed window was inoperative requiring repair. The time I was required to provide for this project far exceeded what I was told to expect. Home Depot’s mistakes cost me tens of thousands of dollars in lost wages. As an airline Captain a day off means not flying a trip, which can mean 3-6 days of lost revenue. In addition to the financial cost, my integrity was attacked including Atlanta personnel accusing me of lying regarding lack of notification for the time this project may require. I have all correspondence available for review. I endured misogynistic and disrespectful attitudes, actions, and words from your installation contractors. I was told I was behaving like a cop when I asked to see Home Depot identification. I was told parts for the windows did not exist, and then I found the parts discarded in the garbage. I was told parts did not need to be installed because the installers did not want to install them. I was talked about in a derogatory manner in Spanish. Unbeknownst to the contractors, I speak Spanish. I was shown one color and type of trim which I approved, and then the contractor installed something else claiming it was the same. When I held the sample next to what was installed, the difference was obvious. When caught in the lie, the installer walked off the job leaving a 200lb glass door panel balanced precariously against a wall along with trash and other hazardous materials. The financial and emotional costs created by Home Depot’s mistakes have been excessive. I expect a company that prides themselves on the quality of their products, workmanship, and guarantees to want to rectify mistakes to the best of their ability, not the least. The dismissive email I received from Home Depot stating their offer of a $2500 rebate was fair compensation “and they were sticking with that”, was insulting in tone and amount. I don’t expect something for nothing, but I also don’t expect a purchase to cost so much beyond what I was told to anticipate. We all pay for our mistakes one way or another, usually financially or with our reputations. We don’t always choose to do the right thing, but we always feel the consequences of our choices. Your customers expect Home Depot to do better. I hope you do too. Sincerely, Lori xxxxxxx

I'd like to start this review by saying I'm a pretty lenient customer and usually don't like to leave reviews because I don't like messing with peoples livelihoods. With that being said, I truly can't fathom why this Home Depot is allowed to offer curbside or online orders. I have placed many orders here to be told later that they don't have the items in stock or the more likely answer is they can't find the item on the shelf and can't be bothered to find it in the store. On top of this when you head over to curbside pickup you can usually be expected to wait roughly an hour to get anything bigger than a box of nails because they store their larger orders on the other side of the store and it takes apparently an hour to walk from one side of the store to the other with a cart full of items. On top of this if you take the time to let them know you're coming in advance it doesn't matter, you're still gonna be waiting out front for an hour to get your items. So at that point might as well go inside and pick them up yourself if you know they have them In store if you're lucky enough to find someone to help you, you better hope what you want isn't on an upper level because if it is the guy will take off looking for a ladder or a forklift operator and probably won't be back to help you for at least an hour. I hope you find this review helpful because honestly I find it less time consuming to drive to another Home Depot where they actually take the time to help you.

Staff is very helpful front to back of store. Avoid asking Marco for assistance he will stare with a blank face. Not even say a word besides stare at you and have another customer service rep help you while he is not saying a word. Marco should seek another job or not work at customer service. Horrible rep

New Custom Jeldwen Windows- buying new windows can be daunting and when I set out to replace the 17 windows in my 1930's Spanish style home in Southern California, it was an intimidating endeavor. Emilio Vidrio- I was referred to Emilio Vidrio by a contractor friend of mine and Emilio is just the person I needed to ease my anxiety during this process. Emilio was very knowledgeable, professional, kind, always returning my calls and texts in a timely manner. Emilio walked me through all of my window options, and he ultimately knew which type and style of window would work for the architectural style I was trying to match on my house- no easy feat given that my original windows were a combination of single pane wooden double hung and picture windows. Emilio knew that in order for me to match the windows we would need to go with Jeldwen wooden windows- and they look PERFECT in my house. We are installing them now and we couldn't be happier with the results! We even added French doors to the dining knook and they look like they were meant to be there- they match the windows perfectly. The process of ordering so many new windows is an expensive and daunting process, and you need to be in the hands of a professional who pays attention to details and puts the customer first- Emilio did just that. We walked through all the details of the windows many times and Emilio got it all right. I will go to Emilio the next time I need windows- he's extremely professional, trustworthy, honest, and very kind. He deserves the praise after all he did to make my windows a success for our home. Our next step is to patch the stucco, paint the exterior of the windows, and install the screens. We're almost there! #jeldwenwindows

Have had nothing but bad experiences here. Was sold a carpet evaluation last month for my garage only to find out 3 weeks later that they dont carpet garages. And just now went in to shop for patio furniture but its only online? What a joke.
