I placed an order and the flowers were ugly I called and they did send another one and they delivered it with an attitude I will never place an order here and don't recommend it! My mom didn't even know what was going on

If i was able to give them zero stars i would. I really do enjoy supporting small businesses but certainly not this one. This flower shop was trying to scam me taking $132.30 from me. I came around like 1:50 today for mother’s day getting a nice bouquet for my mom. Picked a really pretty boquet with 3D butterflies labeled at $70. I go pay, asked the lady if i can pay 29 in cash the rest in card she said it was okay. My total would be around $40. I tapped my apple pay and in seconds i get the notification from chase saying i spent $132.30? I thought it was a minor mistake but the lady was telling me how on her system it didn’t charge me $132. She flipped the screen and only “$40” was charged. I’m literally a 18 year old scared bc i felt off about this…and asked her to just give me a refund. She refused to give me my refund and said that she couldn’t bc it didn’t come out. I’m just arguing back and forth with her and she just doesn’t listen saying that chase is wrong and that i need to contact my bank? LOL After a while i just asked for the refund (i wasn’t leaving until i got my 132 dollars back). She’s showing me on her little ipad “see i can only give you $40 back” and WHEN I TELL U the number changes to $132.30. I WAS LAUGHING because she thought she was slick? Anyways as soon as i saw the $132 i asked her what was that and she started freaking out acting like she didn’t know what happen. I told her to click refund at the bottom and the other lady working there was beside her, she literally looked embarrassed. I got the money back and she threw my cash back to me and told me to get out lol. I wasn’t even disrespectful towards her i tried keeping calm because i’m an understanding person and i know minor mistakes happen but when she started refusing a refund just doesn’t make sense…Anyways Happy Mother’s Day to the moms out there…

Don’t come here. These people waste your time and all they try to do is scam you. I have a friend who paid $70 for flowers and she paid half in cash and the rest with a card, yet the woman employee was charging her $132 extra. She had asked for a refund but the woman had refused. This is ridiculous.

This place likes to scam people out of their money instead of 40 they-charged my sisters card 130 and then claimed that the card was charged 40 but when they turned the tablet to show her she was able to see the 130 charge aside that she also game 29 cash and at the end the lady just threw the money at her DONT COME HERE

So I ordered flowers for my mom yesterday 5/9/23 and they were delivered today 5/10/23. I appreciated that they called me to say no one was answering the door and gave me the opportunity to call my mom to let her know and they went out of their way to leave them somewhere else. So that's a plus, but the look of the arrangement was not even close to the picture they had posted. I will post pictures to show the difference in them. I paid for the middle priced arrangement, it was $49.99 plus tax and delivery. One of the roses looks like it will wilt in a day. I'm disappointed in how this arrangement was made. It looks rushed.

AMAZING!What a beautiful birthday flower arrangement and service! It was last minute planning, same day service. During the birthday dinner decorations we realized we totally forgot flowers. My brother recommended The Deluxe Flowers in South Gate. The website is full of beautiful arrangements and so easy to navigate. I just had to call and take a chance at asking if my flower arrangement would work in such short notice. The answer was "YES"... totally AWESOME! The flower Team worked with me via text, offering several options and it all worked out AMAZING! Great service, outstanding staff and great experience.Thank you, The Deluxe Flowers Team!

Wow!!! I just had the most unbelievably great experience with Adrianna here today. It was almost noon and No One was open to deliver flowers for my daughter’s bday. Then it hit me…it’s Good Friday…no DUH!!! I’d given up but decided to try one last shop. Adrianna answered and let me know they were closing but she still asked what I needed. Within two minutes shed taken pics of every pre-made arrangement in the shop to chose from.They were all beautiful but one was absolutely gorgeous and so unique and when she told me the price, I was shocked since I thought it would be at least twice as much. She took more pics of it from all sides just to make sure I was happy. Long story longer, 10 minutes later she called me back to confirm it’d already been delivered AND she hadn’t charged me for delivery. All I can say is that she went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was happy when she could have just said ‘we’re closed’ and hung up. I can’t recommend Adrianna and the artistry of this shop highly enough.

My order is still being processed but I already want to leave a review simply to share that I have a really good feeling about this place. The website is nice and easy to navigate, the arrangement options are beautiful and conveniently priced. I'm excited for my grandma to receive her bday gift tomorrow! :)Update: My order was delivered incomplete. I understand that accidents occur but rather than simply admit that there was a mistake, the person on the phone insisted that she was right. My order on the site and my bank account reflect exactly what I ordered. She eventually accepted that my grandmother could pick up the missing item but I believe we should have not gone back & forth on the phone for as long as we did. This was disappointing considering I am from South Gate & simply wanted to support a local business for this special occasion.Update 2: I really got ahead of myself here huh. The entire order was wrong. I'm glad my grandmother still got her gift but it was not $70 worth, especially considering how detailed the online order was required to be. What was the point?
