Worse branch.. Everything I went there the people who work there somehow always make it hard on me.I never felt comfortable with this branch. Some People who work there made me shift happy to At&T.

The experience here was not the best , nor welcoming from the man that decided to help me, I wanted to get a little upgrade from the iPhone 13 Pro max to just a regular iPhone 14(regular size) however right away this man decides to shut down my decision by saying that what I was doing was just a “down grade” and his overall reasoning was because the “camera quality” of having 3 cameras to just having 2 was just a waste for me to start my payments all over again, of course, money wise he has a point, however, it is my money and my decision , and the camera quality is the least of my worries , I wanted something that I felt comfortable to taste and size accessible for myself. Yeah I could of insisted and asked for the upgrade anyways or “down grade “ in his perspective , but his vibe, tone of voice and lack of not wanting to go through process did not make me want to go further with him either.

No help whatsoever, as a longtime tmobile client, this is the second store I'm getting bad service from, manager was in no way trying to help, very condescending and literally no use having that many workers in the store doing nothing, if I can add a line over the phone, I can definitely add a line in store! How can I verify myself over the phone and I can't be verified in human form in your store with 3 managers on duty? Are the stores disconnected from Tmobile? Maybe independent owners. This is the last straw, we will be switching service to another carrier, I'm done with tmobile and their discriminatory stores and workers. Second store! Never again.

I went in to get help with fraud but didn’t get any. I came back after talking with T-mobile and was able to get help thanks to Giovanni. He was respectful and took his time and was thorough with helping me.

Would not recommend customer service was not good in my experience. Regular employees do all they can meanwhile management is another story. Highly recommend elsewhere.

Went in today to get an issue resolved. The guy “helping” me was being sarcastic and making me feel like I’m stupid. Will never go back to this T-Mobile store again. Do better!
