No phone number listed was a big no-no 30 years ago, even more so now.

Update: I was able to stop by the cleaners in person once again and found the owner on site. We agreed on a date for him to follow-up with his insurance for a reimbursement. He reached out to me on the day we agreed on and reimbursed us less than what it cost to replace the clothes but at least it was almost half. Additionally, it was a personal check and not from the insurance. Please note that the following up was the most tedious part to just get this resolved even if it was eventually resolved.
Cleaners lost my mom's clothes and have been giving us the run around about it. Not taking our calls or giving us a resolution to this. It's been almost 2-3 weeks. Bad customer service.

Sarai, I remind you that the clothes have been lost for 1 week if it is true due to our error and everything will be paid by the insurance what it is and not how you want them to pay you, taking advantage of you.

I looooove the service here! I live very far from it but it's close to my mom's house. But let me tell you, it's worth it! This is a small family ran business and the gentleman who handles the dry cleaning restored my Silk! I usually don't read the care label until I Lat too late. There were two silk dresses I messed up. One had to chance of saving, and he was honest from the get-go. The other, he advised was a 50/50 probability of saving. I took the chance and my dress looks good and vibrant. You can't really tell it was ever machine washed. Cleaning leather is a bit pricey but also a good service. I appreciate that he gives a little tip of how to preserve the garments you take in. I took a wool jumpsuit and he told me "para la otra, planchalo asi (as he folded the legs)" and it has kept my jumpsuit looking noiiiiiice!

I do not recommend this place. The first mishap was when my sister took her Zara faux leather jacket here. They told her they could clean it. They completely ruined her jacket, they didn’t offer to make it right. Couldn’t wear it after that. Not to mention one of her shirts was missing a button as well. I still took my clothes there because I usually take jeans (can’t mess those up) and it was convenient. 2nd mishap, I dropped off 8 pairs of pants. When I went to pick them up a week later the man at the counter told me they had already been picked up after I gave him my phone number to look it up. I told him there was no way they were picked up, I hadn’t picked them up. He contended that they had been picked up even tried to show me on his computer screen, says maybe a family member picked them up. How are you going to argue with a costumer by telling them that they don’t have their clothes and they’ve been picked up? I called my bf on the spot to see if by some miracle he had picked them up (he hadn’t). Low and behold all of a sudden he remembers and goes to look for my pants (should have done that in the beginning). He finds them. This whole thing could have been avoided had he just listened to the costumer and looked for them instead of trying to argue. Super unprofessional.
