“Bless Judith for giving me a wonderful experience at the Pacific/Randolph metro PCS. She helped me pick out my new phone, reminded me of case/screen protector (I had forgotten tbh) & she had me out with speedy service. No complications or price difficulties. By the time I was done, I walked out with a new phone + blue flower case, screen protector, service activated too. So glad because now I have a new go to Metro store that I can count on. Hopefully all staff are great like Judith cause she was super ? love my new phone ?”

“Great customer service. Adam is very professional and wise about what he does. All employees on the store were very kind, friendly and informative. They gave me a free raffle ticket and a 21 day free cell coverage card. I will always call these guys before going to my sprint dealer because they give great advise and could help you save time and money by recommending certain services and resources. They put a brand new screen on my Samsung galaxy s8 and I didnt charge me for a new screen protector. They had my phone up and ready in a little over an hour and a half. Good quality work done. Now I have a brand new screen and didnt have to wait over a week for that assurion insurance company to rob me out of a deductible before I got a new phone. In the end I probably saved 200 bucks due to time and customer service damaged phone claims. Thanks Adam.”
