DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT purchase from this store. I made the huge mistake of purchasing a bedroom set here. The sales representative was a guy, who was on the heavy side, Latinx, and he sold me a damaged bedroom set. To begin, he explained to me the options I had given that I was looking for a king. Once purchasing, he made off a lie saying that he no longer had the bed frame in the new box and had the one in display. I asked for a discount given that it was a display bed and everyone throws themselves on top of it. He said no, that If anything they are soemtimes more expensive because people want those as well. He even made up a lie saying he sold it already but given that the buyer is on vacation that he can give it to us. Fast forward, it was a lie and it was actually the last bed in stock which he never told us. He told us that because it's the display one it would be in great conditions. Once picking up there was a crack and chipped corner. HORRIBLE. Why would I want something like that? He also said If I wanted a new in the box bed frame I would have to wait until August. Yet the lady in the office mentioned that bedroom set was discontinued and wouldn't be back. It seems like the employees do not come into an agreement with information given that both say different things. That's not how a business functions. Overall bad sales representative and the ONLY reason they actually canceled my contract was because I noticed the damage right away upon picking up because if I was to drive away they would charge me 25% of the purchase STILL If I decided to return it as soon as I drove out the store parking. I wasn't told this policy by the sales representative either until I was asking myself the lady in the office. Overall, save yourself the time and stress. DO NOT buy from this store, go somewhere else with better quality and actually good customer service who doesn't lie just to sell. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS i would.

I’m going to be honest I had a bad experience the worst I ever had! I went inside on Easter,Sunday to ask for a stove and I ended up buying a stove it was small I seen it for $350 but they ended up selling it for $800 dollars at the end when I wanted to return the same day they acted like if it was my fault that I didn’t want it anymore. Don’t ever go here unless you want to get ripped off.

do not buy anything from this store.i bough some nice looking sofas i paid $2500 for them i've had this sofas for 2 months and every time i sit on them a piece of it breaks.the material they use sucks a** and the only thing they want to do is just fix fix and fix this place sucks a***

I bought a dining table 5 months ago and it's already peeling. I contacted the store and told me to send a txt with pictures and they will review it and call me back. After 2 weeks I called back the lady I spoke to reviewed and told me I didn't buy a warranty so they had to send it to the manufacture so they can review it. After 2 weeks more I called again and they said they can't fix it because it's the chemicals I'm using to clean it with. First of all new things should have a warranty and they didn't respect that, two it's been 5 months I bought it meaning the paint on the table is not a good quality to be peeling 3 months later!, and three they don't even know what products I use to clean my table with. I have bought a bedroom from another furniture store 5 years ago and it's still intact!, this table 3 months later is peeling??. The table is not a 200 dollar table it was like 1,100!. I was not asking for a new table all I wanted was for them to fix it and add a good quality paint to the table so it can last me. I don't put keys, wallets, or boxes on the table for the paint to be peeling.

I'm not asking for a new table all I was asking for is to be fix and to actually put a good quality lasting paint to the table .

Poor Customer Service!!! Bought Sofas Today Cash!!..from store in HP Picked them up 20 min away. Only to bring home and Open to find out they gave me the wrong Color..and All they Said to Correct the Mistake. was that I would Have to Wait till Next Delivery Available..Fu....BS..This Place Sucks!!.Never Again!!

I went to the store for my mother recommendation, I wanted a better mattress. I only will say that my mother was right. The store has a good selection and prices. I have a truck, I picked up the mattress from the store. Their employees help me to put the mattress in truck.

Not to be rude, but when I went with my mother to perchase a washing machine the lady assisting us kept starring at my husband not only that. She kept smiling at him and charged my mother 200$ for her own benefit and told us if we wanted to make a payment cash we could come in to their finance station and pay up front. No one ever told me I had to call synchrony bank to make a payment or “100$.” When I called synchrony bank because I had 2 weeks trying to pay to not ruin my credit they told me it was only 32$ a month, not “100$,” everything was confusing and customer service experience for us was unprofessional and poor.
