I was about to walk into this location today to grab a family plan but was disappointed after I heard a couple coming out and the employee was arguing with them loudly. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

METRO robbed me for 550$ so I will write bad reviews daily for at least 550 days, but they probably will go out of business sooner. Get with the times Metro, all your customers are only going to T-mobile only stores. Metro is just a wannabe T-mobile that does not even come close to how awesome T-mobile is.

Great service and great products. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Don't understand why it has a bad review based on personal opinion. They carry every brand some samsung to iPhones and even nords. They have tons of accessories to match their products and if you ask you will 100 % get a discount. One thing I never expected from t-mobile: FRAUD. So I visited the store on september 1st or second to help my friends visiting from Russia buy sim cards. This visit was the worst experience ever: So I asked her for 3 SIM cards. Store employee told me she would have to charge my card 3 times as she cannot do one transaction for 3 SIM cards. Ok whatever. Third transaction did not go through and she told me that was because of too many charges from same merchant. So I paid her cash. She did not give me a receipt for that transaction because "system was down" So of course when we inserted the SIM cards to our phones one of them was not activated. But I called the store and their manager was able to find a solution and helped us get the working SIM card at another store (by that time my friends were already outside la) I almost forgot about that visit. But today I have noticed a new charge from that store on my statement dated 9/30. Charge was made today and I haven't even been in that area. And my card was with me all the time. I went back to my September transactions and double checked them. It was all correct: 2 charges on September 2nd and one more charge that actually was credited back to my account (the one I paid cash after all) So they had no reason to charge me again. And it was not a transaction from T-Mobile like phone bill or something, it was the transaction from this particular merchant (T-MOBILE W SLAUSON). Had to call my bank and make a fraud claim. Don't go to this store if you want to keep your card information safe!

I wanted to change to my number so this girl told us to change our number in the store will cost 20. She said it's free over the phone no charge. I called and they said the opposite it's 15 to change your number over the phone. In the store or over the phone there's a charge it's not free. This employee mislead us they need to train employees better. This girl seem like she knew it all but she doesn't. Disappointed.
