    I was about to walk into this location today to grab a family plan but was disappointed after I heard a couple coming out and the employee was arguing with them loudly. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

    METRO robbed me for 550$ so I will write bad reviews daily for at least 550 days, but they probably will go out of business sooner. Get with the times Metro, all your customers are only going to T-mobile only stores. Metro is just a wannabe T-mobile that does not even come close to how awesome T-mobile is.

    Great customer service. Staff is very professional and enthusiastic. Definitely telling my friends to come by and get their phones here
