Bad service, the lady wants a deposit before you try the dress. I don't recommend buying from here.

The older couple are not very polite, I mean the owners for the fashion shop, they do not give you good customer service since the elderly women hustle you into buying a dress. She doesn’t care what you want or really listens to you. She will picked for you and even makes excuses for you not to try on the dress. And that’s when she will scam you into paying for the dress to try it on. She will lie and say that they have to order it from the warehouse and in 30 minutes to an hour you could come back and try it on, but you need to do a deposit first, do not fall for this. They should let you try it on the dress for free, not be force and push to purchase a dress you’re not even sure it’s even going to look good on you. Since you already paid a portion of the dress like half of it, you later on feel obligated to pay the full price. There are nicer places in Pacific, clothing shops that they sell dresses and don’t charge you a fee to try it on. I’m surprised those two still get customers. I feel bad for the people that don’t know about their bad reputation.

Went to another store and wanted a dress that was $330... came here and it was almost half the price $190. Such sweet workers with amazing hospitality.

The owners are very knowledgeable. As soon as you tell them what you want they go through all thier catalogs to accommodate your needs. They do ask once you walk in "what are you looking for" but that's only because they might not have what you're looking for on display. As soon as you describe what you want they try their best to find it.

If I could give this place 0 stars, i would definitely would. I’m never buying here again. The lady asked me to leave a deposit so she can bring me my dress in 30 minutes from the warehouse. When I got there. She forcefully wanted to give me a size Medium when I am a size Small. So i asked her to order me size Small from her warehouse. She was looking in the store. She was lying when she said she was ordering from the warehouse because she had all the dresses in the store. THIS STORE IS A SCAM!! She reassures you that she has all the dresses, every color, and every size. BUT SHE DOES NOT!!! I left a $100 deposit so she can get me the dress from the warehouse. I kept asking her to give me a dress size SMALL but SHE DOES NOT HAVE SIZE SMALL IN THAT STORE!!! Do not buy from this store.Once again its a scam!!!

the owners are an Armenia lovely couple. they help you try on dresses, help you chose from a lot of styles & they even give you good prices. they are very sweet & nice. some dresses are not in the store, but they order them for you & it arrives the next day. i would consider coming here. the dresses are great quality as well

they are so rude here! they had an attitude with me and my family. i found that so rude of them, both the owners are very rude and i did not enjoy my time there. i wanted to take a picture of the dress and the woman yelled at me to not take pictures and snatched my phone. there were NO signs not to take pictures and i got NO warning. i found her very rude and the other owner. if i could give them ZERO star i would. SO RUDE!!! do not recommend anyone to come here.

I just got out of this store. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!As we walk in, the lady at the counter said "Hi, what are you looking for?" But didn't even make eye contact with us and her tone was rude. She wasn't busy at all, there was nobody else there. We told her we were looking for a dress, nothing in particular but she kept asking "What are you looking for?" Repeatedly. So We took a quick look inside and as we were heading out the store some old guy walked in and asked us if we had questions, we said no thank you and he just made this "ugh!" grumpy sound.We felt so unwelcomed and harassed that we just wanted to get out of there.

Horrible experience. They did not want to exchange a dress my mom got for me the day before due to covid but they sure allow people to try them on, it dont make any sense. I waited 2 hours because they opened up at 12:20 just for them to say they couldnt exchange. She was rude about it too. Would not buy from here again.

Went here to get my prom dress. They said they had my size. went to go get it dress doesn't fit and they say that dress only go up to 20. Now I have to go somewhere else's to get a corset put on it. after they said it would fit
