I am a first time customer here and let me tell you this has been by far one of the friendliest and best customer service jewelry store I've ever been to! As soon as i walked in, I was greeted right away by a lovely lady who showed me some necklaces for a baptism. They offered me a great price and even engraved the back for me at no additional cost. I am beyond happy with my purchase. I've seen other reviews and they all have negative comments. Seems to be about the quality of the jewelry but I verified myself that the jewelry is 14k and really good gold.

I have been coming here for many many years and have never had a problem before with the quality of the jewelry I have purchased. But as of recently I have gone to purchase jewelry for my kids and the quality of service and jewelry given is more money driven than quality driven. My sons necklace broke after a week and after looking at it closely I see it's hollowness inside. The new workers there are more about ip selling everything that retaining customers. I'm very dissatisfied with them as of recently. I recommend you shop around before buying here impulsively

First off they're jewelry is low quality, constantly breaking. Ive taken it back to them to fix it more than once and its keeps breaking. Then they tell you an item is going to ready one day and then when you go its not ready and they want you to wait for them.
