Bad customer service. They did my taxes and put in the wrong account number. I called to get it fixed and said they couldn’t do anything about it. They told me I need to fix the error myself. The employee Winny ( had an attitude)then connects me with her manager Celeste via email and basically blames me because according to the policy they don’t work on taxes without the screen facing the client working . I told her that day the screen wasn’t working and to check the cameras I have not got a response back its been two weeks. I just hate that you pay a premium for their services just to not get help when is needed .
