These workers have got to be one of worst customer service people, a short Latina girl with glasses gave the rudest response to an older couple asking for a particular part and she just responds I don’t know what that is. Instead of trying to help and figure out what they’re looking for I would definitely give a negative number but I can’t it’s a 1.

Alright so this is my store and all, but this particular location has been almost entirely wiped out of hand cutting tools, the last few times I've stopped in, to replace or pick something up. It's ridiculous and fairly inconvenient considering the next closest location is actually, pretty, far away. But they make up for it in their below sea level pricing markdowns and unbeatable exchange policy. You my dawg harbor, u know Igot love for ya.
