I came in to the gold exchange pawn shop yesterday to sell my Louis Vuitton handbag, they purchased my handbag for a really good price, the 2 girls in the front were really nice and helpful and the process was also super fast witch made everything even better, I was very pleased with my experience with you guys! Extremely satisfied with their service. I’ve come here a few times to pawn and have always been satisfied. The two young ladies in the front Maria and Melanie were incredibly helpful! Not to mention their great sense of humor. They were very patient with me and broke everything down simple for me to understand. Would definitely continue coming here.

O stars !! Came in twice seperate occasions first brought a authentic gucci bag first guy tried to lowball then 2nd guy tried saying was fake i took my bag to a different spot and got $1,500 I decided to take a LV bag and the same issue guy was very rude this time you have a better chance taking your business elsewhere

It’s very difficult to entrust designer handbags to buyers considering the scams that are rampant in the retail world. HOWEVER, this company fulfilled everything they promised from the beginning of the process including my sending the merchandise to them, their assessment of the items, and then payment for the items. They make the whole process as convenient as possible. Great customer service!! They’re very nice to deal with. I’m comfortable highly recommending this company to others.
