If I could give this place zero stars or negative I would. The flowers are not what I expected, they're almost dead or about to die...the guy is very rude and they would not fix the order! I would never recommend to come here EVER! I feel like all the people that gave this place above one start are probably family friends.....Horrible

This place is horrible. The flowers aren't fresh. I ordered my flowers over the phone for Mother's Day then went to pick them up and they looks horrible and almost dead and charged me full price and gave me an attitude. Never again will I go there.

I've had 2 very bad experiences with this florist. I figured I choose a florist a block away from my girlfriend's workplace to avoid any problems, but I was definitely wrong. First incident, I ordered flowers for my girl on our anniversary and the flowers barely got to her office before she left for the day. I ordered these flowers weeks ahead of time and specifically asked if they could be delivered early. Flower arrangement looked very cheap and not what I had asked for. Second incident, Valentine's Day I figured I'd give them another opportunity, but they failed me once again. Once again, I ordered several weeks in advance, and they DID NOT even deliver the flowers at all on Valentine's Day!!! I ended up looking like the douche bag that didn't get my girl flowers. I ended up calling the florist pissed and they told me they'd deliver them the next day. I ended up telling them to forget about it and give me my money back. The owner tried to justify not delivering the flowers and hung up on me. What happened to the customer always being right? Overall, worst part about this place is the owner Bob Garren. He always answers the phone to take the orders and is so rude and disrespectful. He sounds like a grumpy old disgruntled man that is always mad at the world. People like this shouldn't be allowed to run a flower business. They are supposed to be helpful and provide guidance to make you look good for whomever you are getting flowers for. Plus, they have a website, and when you find a beautiful picture and ask for that specific arrangement Bob has no idea what your talking about and has to go online to look. Each time he didn't even have the flowers to make it look like the picture. Sorry for the long review, but I hope this helps someone avoid a horrible situation in the future.

The office I work in orders flowers from them weekly for the front desk. Every week they are beautiful. We have quite picky taste and some have ridiculous alergies that prohibit the use many flowers, that said - Bob finds a way to create a lovely new peice of art every week. My Mom also has them send my birthday flowers every year, and they're always gorgeous.

I totally disagree with Bobby's review. Bob has Been in business for more than 50 years. He does an excellent job with his flower arrangements. He is very creative. I have been going to him for more than 40 years.

I ordered flowers through this company and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the quality of their flowers and their service. The guy who owns this flower shop is extremely rude. Don't even bother talking to him if you aren't satisfied with their flowers because he'll just argue with you and say very rude things. Basically, we felt the flowers were arranged very poorly and the quality was sub-par. I called Teleflora and let them know. Instead of trying to make the customer happy, Bob, the owner, called the person who received the flowers and argued with her for calling Teleflora (I actually called Teleflora, not her). He then talked smack about the sender for choosing that particular arrangement. WHO DOES THAT??? We called Teleflora back and they apologized on his behalf, chose another flower shop and the new flowers look just like the pictures I saw online. Thank you Teleflora for fixing Bob's mistake! Bob, you suck. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOUR FLOWER STORE!!!

Exceptional, exceptional service. I did a phone order from the East Coast. The delivery ended up being more complicated than expected, and Bob personally made sure that everything got done on time. First-class in every way!!!

I sent the Teleflora' s Sweet Pink bouquet to my mom's office for her birthday, and it was delivered by this florist, Flowers by Bob Garren. They did such an amazing job. The flowers came out to look exactly like what I saw on the website, including the pink satin vase. They stuffed the bouquet with many beautiful pink and white roses. I felt I really got my money's worth. I was very happy with the results!
