Do not use this facility. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I have spoken to 2 people today each telling me something different as to their knowledge and each time there was no positive outcome.Your employees need better training and knowledge as to what is happening and how to learn the system and read reports.I am very disappointed with my experience. I have reported this to my insurance company and the BBB.

I selected Enterprise after my auto accident because it was close to home. I dropped off my vehicle at the repair shop and was picked up by Raul. He took me to Enterprise. When I got there I was helped by Leslie. She helped me get my rental started and was thorough in explaining the insurance process. I had no problems with my rental and my vehicle was repaired faster than expected. I dropped off my rental and Eduardo helped me return the vehicle. It was an easy process. Raul took me back to the repair shop and I picked up my car. I would definitely rent a car from Enterprise

In the heart of Huntington Park sits Bad Enterprise, a place that has consistently disappointed me over the years. My first experience seven years ago was marred by their unprofessional behavior and their suggestion that I head to downtown Los Angeles to solve my problems. Fast forward to the present, and it seems not much has changed.Just recently, I contacted them for last-minute help, and an associate reassured me that I would be transferred to another colleague for assistance. Instead, I was routed back to their automated system, leaving me stranded in a voicemail loop. This sort of misleading conduct is not just inconvenient, it erodes trust and diminishes any credibility the establishment might have had.While one could argue that mistakes happen, this has been a recurring issue, which leads me to question the management and training protocols in place. Politeness, compassion, and professionalism seem to be absent from the company culture. Given that customer service is an integral part of any business, the failure to invest in these qualities is a grave oversight.If I could offer them advice, it would be to revamp their training programs to foster a culture that values not just competency but also compassion and transparency. Until that happens, I cannot recommend Bad Enterprise.

When you guys get into an accident and need a rental from enterprise remember not to get their insurance because you're insurance all ready covers the rental this specific branch here makes you feel like it's mandatory to get the insurance and charge you extra for a car that you're insurance already covers it was also stated by my insurance that this is not the first time it happens at this specific branch

The team was very professional and polite. I was picked up from the auto body shop and taken to the enterprise location. Glen was courteous and such a delight. He helped me into the rental and went over everything he needed to do. The car was clean and drives good. I'm a happy customer ?

Don't go to the airport for a rental, go to the courteous and down to earth rental facility in Huntington Park!!

This is my go to for car rentals. No hassle, clean cars, and great customer service. Very easy to reserve, pick up, and return. Eduardo has excellent customer service, along with the rest who helped me. Every question/ concern was answered with no hesitation.Definitely will be renting again from this place.
