Today I walked in to cash my check as usual. I've been coming to this location for a while now and never had a bad experience before. Today DIANA who was the person at the window was RUDE, had BAD ATTITUDE and was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL to the point she practically told me either you like the way I'm treating you or take your check and leave. DIANA, I don't know if you "DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB" or if you were having a bad day or if you have problems at home but what I DO KNOW is that you DON'T bring your personal matters into your work place. You MUST always tend to customers cordially , friendly and with RESPECT. I interact with customers on a daily basis and I don't treat anyone the way you treated me today. You need to get some customer service training so they can teach you and give you tips on how to interact with customers.
