Took my money and didn't return it yet. DMV EMPLOYEES THINK THEY OWN THE DMV. THEY ARE VERY RUDE TOO. THEY HIRED FAMILY ONLY. THEY SHOULD CHANGE THE SYSTEM SO THERE WILL NOT BE ANY CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
